It’s a really great hotel and location but my room is near the elevator so there’s some people I mean lots of people make noise I don’t like that actually I asked for not near the elevator but I still have this room but the others things are okay but not bad

Rooms are large, bed comfortable, coffee, tea and kettle provided. Security safe in cupboard tucked away. Older style tub shower, very clean bathroom. Concierge and reception friendly and efficient. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood. A bit further away malls, Lotus’s and Big C. Will visit the Imperial Hotel in Phitsunalok again in the future.

It was very good clean, but I ask for hair dryer they said it’s not available that made me disappointed but most of all it was good❤️

It was a very pleasant journey. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was attracted by its exquisite decoration and warm atmosphere. The lobby is spacious and the lighting is soft. The room is spacious and bright, with a reasonable layout and soft and comfortable bedding. After lying down, it feels like being in the clouds, and fatigue disappears instantly. The bathroom facilities are complete and clean, and the toiletries are of high quality. After taking a shower, the whole person feels refreshed. The most worth mentioning is that the room has excellent sound insulation. Even if there is a lot of traffic outside the building, the room is still as quiet as before, providing me with a high-quality sleeping environment. The hotel's catering service is also first-class. The breakfast variety is rich and varied, with both traditional Chinese dim sum and Western bread and milk, meeting the needs of different tastes. The restaurant environment is elegant, the service staff is friendly, and they will adjust the amount of dishes in time according to the needs of the guests, which makes people feel very intimate. In addition, the hotel has a superior geographical location and convenient transportation around it, which is very convenient for going to the business center or tourist attractions. The surrounding environment is also very beautiful. It is refreshing to take a walk nearby in your spare time. In general, the hotel left a very deep impression on me. Both the hardware facilities and software services are perfect. Every moment here makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. If I have the opportunity next time, I will definitely choose to stay again.

For my personal favorite would be spacious room , here is what they provide. Jt is really matching my taste to stay. We got a pleasant stay at Fortune D hotel @ phitsanulok . If we have a chance to visit this province. We will surely come back to stay.

The breakfast is served from 7:00am until 12:00pm which is very nice and location is near the Bus terminal 1 where is very convenient to take the bus to continue the next trip. The room is big and clean and the bed is very big, but the wooden door is too old. And the shower is not too warm. If you need rent a motorcycle then there is the contact information in the reception.

Stay overnight for waiting the early flight from PHS airport to DMK. The hotel located very close to the airport. The room very clean. The staff very kind and always smile. The check-in process is very fast, they just ask for the name and the car number. The room rate is already included the Breakfast. I'm not expect about it because the room rate is very cheap (Only 600 THB per night), it's good enough for me.

 The hotel is near Wat Nang Phaya, Phra Buddha Chinnarat. Easy to travel in and out, there is enough parking, the staff is good and smiling. Checking in is not difficult. The room is clean, spacious, the furniture is quite new, there are many bright lights in the room, the wardrobe is large, there is a light in the cabinet, the air conditioner is cold, the room does not smell musty, the bathroom is clean with very few stains, the water pressure is good, the heat is good. Breakfast is provided, which is rice porridge and American breakfast.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city, easy to travel. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room is clean. The staff provides good service. However, this place may not be suitable for people who are allergic to mosquitoes. There are quite a few mosquitoes in the room because the hotel has a fish tank without fish, which allows mosquitoes to lay eggs. The room is not soundproof. You can hear people talking from outside.

Nice place, Comfortable, clean, and easy to go anywhere in town.
