Lake Como is such a beautiful place. It is near the border ith Switzerland, very close, like 20-30 km. It is also near Milan, like 70 km. Very nice spot for a vacation. It is so peaceful. You can also spot houses owned by Holywood super stars. The lake is quite big and you can rent boats or you can drive on the road that surrounds the lake. Paradise found!😍
Bellagio, Italy 🇮🇹
☝️Currently one of the hottest tourist destinations in Italy this summer! ☑️
Lago di Como or Lake Como, Bellagio is one of the most beautiful lakes I’ve ever seen in person. Pictures don’t even do justice. It really does look like a paradise. 😍
It’s quite the challenge to get to Bellagio. If you’re doing just a whole day trip, you might reconsider staying the night at a hotel nearby or around Lake Como.
🏨Hotels around Bellagio are quite pricey but it’s worth the stay since you will have more time to explore the place.
⚠️ Please note that it can get really crowded during the peek hours so it’s recommended to see the view early in the morning.
How to get there? 🤔
📍From Milan Central station, take regional train to Varena-Esiro station. 🚂
Then, walk about 10 minutes to ferry port Navigazione Lago di Como, take ferry to Bellagio which is about an hour. ⛴️
📝option: 🚌 You can take the long distance bus which is quite near the ferry station. The travel time is approximately 2 hours, but it is cheaper than the ferry and the view along the way is amazing. 🤩
A trip to Bellagio is absolutely worthwhile!🫶🏻

Hotel du Lac in Bellagio, Lake Como
Everyone that has been to Lake Como will surely have his or her or their own favourite spot. However, as the first/second-time visitor to Como, my favourite area is still Bellagio.
It is also one of the more touristy area but I also love the fact that I can just enjoy my stay here at Hotel du Lac, opening my windows to the amazing view of the lake and also enjoying the breakfast.
The hotel room itself is not gigantic but the hotel is facing the Port of Bellagio so I could just sit by the window and people-watch.

Sirmione, picturesque town on Lake Garda.
Lake Garda is a popular destination both for italian and foreign tourists. Maybe because of its gorgeous colors or maybe for its peculiar towns that host a great variety of romantic restaurants.
Sure it is a nice way to spend the weekend away from the city.
We loved getting lost in the narrow streets of Sirmione and then discovering the historical part of the town. Some people even like to swim in the lake since the water level is low but the stones don't make it that easy.
The prices of food and of any service in the town get high easily because of the great number of tourists visiting the city. You'd better spend the night in a nearby city.

Lake Misurina (Italian: Lago di Misurina; Cadorino dialect: Lago de Meśorìna) is the largest natural lake of the Cadore and it is 1,754 m above sea level, near Auronzo di Cadore (Belluno). The lake's perimeter is 2.6 km long, while the maximum depth is 5 m. Near the lake there are about ten hotels with accommodation for around 500 people.
The particular climatic characteristics of the area around the lake make particularly good air for those who have respiratory diseases. Near the lake is the only center in Italy for the care of childhood asthma.
The lake was the theme of a famous song by Claudio Baglioni. Lake Misurina is also the theme of the theatrical representation of the Longane di Lozzo.
Lake Misurina is where the speed skating events were held during the 1956 Winter Olympics of Cortina d'Ampezzo – the last time Olympic speed skating events were held on natural ice.
Misurina lies on the route of the Dolomites Gold Cup Race.

A medieval town by Lake Garda
These past two years, the fairy-tale worlds in Europe have become increasingly scarce, huh. At the beginning of September, during my travels in Italy, I discovered a small town📍Malcesine, which still retains some of that feeling. Malcesine is located on the northeastern side of Italy's largest lake, Lake Garda.
❤Walking on the cobblestone streets of Malcesine is a pleasure in itself, as if you are in a fairy-tale world.
📝The history of this small town dates back to the Middle Ages, with the castle built by the powerful Scaligeri family of Verona, its tall towers standing on the rocks, overlooking the entire town. From the top of the castle tower, overlooking the town and the lake, time seems to stop. The old houses, narrow alleys, corner squares, orange rooftops, and the castle all exude a medieval atmosphere.
If you travel to Italy, this small town is worth visiting; it is 60 kilometers from Verona and 200 kilometers from Venice.

Lago di Como!
drinks at Lago di Como, one of my favorite places to return every year. also included a picture of the breakfast I’ve had at the Hilton in Milan#italy #drinks #como
wonderful place, very green and sunny. But the shops closed on Sunday night. Pizza is especially good. Strictly recommend to rent a car.

|At that time, the purple sky stunned me. Komodo|At that time, the purple sky stunned me.
The crystal sea and jelly sea are not the most shocking to me, because every island I choose is like this, but when I landed and looked up at the purple sky connected to the crystal sea, I was really moved by the beauty, this requires good weather
If you come to Milan, Italy, be sure to leave a day for Lake Como!
Como is the most famous lake in northern Italy, a common saying among the locals is: those who have vacationed at Lake Como are the ones who truly understand life. Lake Como is near the Alps, so in addition to the beautiful lake view, there is also a magnificent feeling~.
If you come to I sincerely recommend a day trip to Como. It takes an hour by train from Milan, and there are many beautiful small towns scattered around the lake. The scenery is very stunning, many locals come here for the weekend, wearing swimsuits and jumping directly into the blue lake water, super decompression!
Route: Milan Central Railway Station-Veranna Town (1.5 hours)- Bellagio (15 minutes by boat)-Como Town (1 hour by boat)-Return to Milan (1 hour)
Travel Guide Cable Car on the Mountain Top
You can see the distant Alps and the nearby Lake Como, round-trip ticket is 6.6 euros, every fifteen minutes, 5 minutes to the top of the mountain.
Lake Tour Boat
About an hour, will stay in the surrounding towns, you can sightsee on the boat without getting off, 8.9 euros per person
Cathedral
Classic Gothic architecture, free to visit, no tickets required, but the toilet charges, if you can't accept it, you can go to a coffee shop or bar for a free use
Veranna: There are many boats from Veranna to Bellagio, but they are not direct, you have to go to Menaggio first, there is a castle on the top of the mountain in Veranna, but you have to climb the mountain by yourself, if you really don't want to walk, it's also very comfortable to walk by the lake
Bellagio: Compared to Veranna, I like it here more, although the place is very small, but there are all kinds of exquisite small shops everywhere, the alleys in the sun are like with filters, various colors of walls, taking pictures and so on are really beautiful, addicted in a second~
