😂😂😂😂This is my second time in Malta😛This country is so much fun😆It’s summer all the time😉Lots of beaches and party venues😎😎The cost is a little cheaper than in Ireland, and I had so much fun in the week that it passed quickly😂😂 Recommend everyone to come and play🙃 This time we stayed at Salini Resort which is a little far from the city😉 The price is super cheap, there are two outdoor swimming pools, one is an Infinity pool, and there is also an adult pool in the spa😉 Very cost-effective👍 You can stay in the hotel for two days without going out, and you can also take a bolt if you want to go out, the price is super cheap😙 #malta #Malta #EuropeanTravel

Sicily is the crossroads of Mediterranean civilization, layered with Greek, Roman, Arab, and Norman history. But the best way to truly understand it isn't by driving, but by cruising around to see all 8 World Heritage sites. 🏛️ 8 World Heritage sites, a treasure trove of civilization every day Set sail from Valletta, home of the Knights of Malta, and stop at the Valley of the Temples (the best-preserved ancient Greek temples), Palermo (the crown of Arab-Norman aesthetics), Taormina (the seaside town praised by Goethe), Syracuse (hometown of Archimedes), and the volcanic landscapes of the Aeolian Islands. Every stop includes commentary from an accompanying historian, so it's more than just a quick photo op. 🌋 Watch an active volcano erupt from the deck The cruise will sail past Stromboli, a natural lighthouse of the Mediterranean that has been erupting for thousands of years. Standing on the deck watching the red glow from the crater with the blue Mediterranean beneath your feet is an experience you can't get on land. Legend has it that the Cyclops in Homer's Odyssey was inspired by this volcano. 🍷 Sicilian flavors curated by a celebrity chef We've invited Italian star chef Denny Imbroisi on board to prepare Sicilian dishes that blend tradition and creativity every day, paired with wines from the Mount Etna region. As you dine, you'll also absorb the culinary culture of the Mediterranean. 🚢 Stay in a PONANT luxury suite with a private balcony and Diptyque toiletries. This floating palace is an experience in itself. ✨ View the full Sicily itinerary

8 September in Malta 🇲🇹 We accidentally chose one of the best days of the year to explore the Three Cities. It was Victory Day, so we started in Birgu and Fort St Angelo, completely unaware that the Grand Harbour was about to become fiercely competitive. In the afternoon came the traditional Victory Day Regatta: brightly coloured Maltese boats racing across the harbour, with crowds lining the waterfront and entire neighbourhoods passionately supporting their crews. We ended up in Senglea, where the locals took the result considerably more seriously than we did — although after half an hour we were shouting along with everyone else. Then, just as things seemed to be calming down, the church bells started. It was also the Feast of Maria Bambina, and that evening the statue of the Virgin Mary was carried through Senglea’s decorated streets, followed by music, crowds and what seemed to be most of the population. So our quiet day exploring some historic fortifications somehow became boat racing, flags, shouting, church bells, a religious procession and a crash course in Maltese neighbourhood rivalry. Highly recommended. Just don’t expect a quiet day... 🇲🇹 #malta #maltamagic #Valetta #Borgu #Boatrace #travel2026 #Senglea #Fortstangelo

Top Spot to Visit in Luqa: Malta International Airport (MLA) Location: Luqa LQA 4000, Malta Open: 24/7, so no worries about early morning or late-night flights! We ended our trip by using La Vallette, the airport lounge at Malta airport. It’s easy to find as it’s a small airport. There was a wide range of soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and hot drinks available. We were there about 2pm so lunch was being served, lots of tapas type food with fresh fruit, cakes and snacks frequently being filed by staff. The outside area overlooks the runway so it’s ideal for watching the planes land. There is a choice of covered or open seating outside as well as plenty of seats inside. Sockets for phone chargers are available as well as some tablets for last minute checks online. I would recommend using the lounge as the cost is offset by being able to sit in the sun eating lunch, for a last glass of wine while waiting for our flight.

Malta really surprised me in the best way. From hopping over to islands like Gozo to swimming in the clearest water, everything felt so effortless and neat. The streets, the views, the vibe, so clean, so calm, so aesthetic. Gozo was unreal: quiet, stunning, and straight out of a postcard. Every corner felt well cared for, peaceful, and full of charm. This is 100% one of those places you visit once… and immediately start planning your return 🤍🇲🇹✨

Travelling from valletta to malta international airport around midnight on Sunday, caught the TD4 airport direct bus and it just take 20 minutes for us as traffic free roads during midnight. Once we reached airport have collected the luggage from lockers and spent time with friends in airport and in meantime check-in desks are opened and followed with security check ins and some duty free shopping. Had coffee and pastries which is a local delicacy.#dutyfree #airport #malta #travel #localfood #shopping

Since I had plenty of time before my departure, I went to the lounge inside Malta Airport. Malta Airport itself is very small, and although there was a duty-free shop, I finished looking around very quickly. 😳 The food was the best I've ever had in a lounge! It was a European selection of bread 🥐, ham and cheese, etc., and everything was delicious! 🎶 There was plenty of seating, so I was able to relax. There doesn't seem to be a shower, but I highly recommend using it! 😌 #Malta #MaltaTravel #MaltaAirport #0yenTravel2025Autumn
