Guests at the 11-villa Ahimsa Beach Resort are greeted with welcome drinks in the Ahimsa's simple lobby, a small room with a white floor, a long padded bench, and a couple of chairs. Plant-flanked paved pathways lead to the villas, each of which is reached through a large set of industrial-looking metal doors that give the villas a foreboding (but private) vibe. The property is popular with couples and families alike. While there isn't much in the way of facilities and activities for kids, babysitting services are available on request.
