Spicy Chinese Style Braised Beef Noodles 📍Zhang La Mian Today, a friend invited me to try Zhang La Mian, a place that serves spicy Chinese style braised beef noodles. We went to the branch at Central World, located on the 7th floor in the Food Hall area. ✨ The Food Hall area has plenty of seating, so you can choose wherever you're comfortable. ✨ The menu includes Zhang La Mian, spicy noodles with Chinese-style chili, or La Jiao You, which comes with either beef or pork, and you can choose from 5 levels of spiciness. ✨ There's also a non-spicy beef/pork stew soup that doesn't contain chili but is filled with lots of meat. ✨ The beef/pork stew hot pot is similar to the beef/pork stew soup, but it includes additional slices of beef/pork. ✨ I tried the level 1 (least spicy) braised pork Zhang La Mian. It had plenty of noodles and the pork was very tender and delicious.
