"Baoding Huai Army Office Museum" is located at No. 343 Xinghua Road, Baoding City. It is a specialized museum established based on the "Baoding Huai Army Zhaozhong Shrine and Office" and opened in 2023. The Huai Army Office was built upon the request of the late Qing Dynasty statesman Li Hongzhang in the 14th year of the Guangxu reign (1888). Originally known as the "Huai Army Zhaozhong Shrine and Office," it served both as a memorial for fallen Huai Army soldiers and as an office and station. The southern part of the complex features Hui-style architecture, showcasing the delicate beauty of Jiangnan, while the northern part follows the traditional northern courtyard layout, square and simple, reflecting the spirit of Yan and Zhao. Its highlight is the largest existing closed Qing Dynasty theater stage in China.
