Colombo Transit

I had a 22 hour layover in Colombo on my way home and had the opportunity to explore the city. I had dinner in a local restaurant en route to the airport and my goodness the food was amazing! Kothu (diced prata stir fried with egg and cheese) is such a gem! Chicken masala curry also tasted great and the seafood fried rice or nasi goreng was perfect. I'd never thought a random roadside restaurant could serve such amazing food, and with reasonable prices! #foodie #colombo #srilanka
