We had a really great time and it was worth staying here to get to the hand bridge by 6:15 AM before the crowds arrived. Staying at the hotel also gives you a good discount on lift tickets (at least 20%). The room was spacious and had everything you needed. They also have an indoor pool with a slide for kids. We were greeted with 5-star service at the front desk and that excellent service continued to the end. Our bellhop, Mr. Luka, carried our bags all the way and gave us tips on where to go for rides and scenery. He was very friendly and always had a smile on his face. He even remembered my name the next day when I saw him. When we went down the mountain, the great service continued and the bell tower called the guard at the gate to let in our driver. He told the driver the way and then gave the guard the license plate number. We were both very satisfied with our stay. A wonderful hotel with lots of great views. Took lots of beautiful pictures. The morning and evening buffets are excellent. You won't have a choice. The morning cable car also opens at 7 AM for hotel guests. You can visit the Golden Bridge and the flower gardens with just a few people at that time. There aren't many people then. This definitely helps to avoid being with the crowd. Don't worry about your luggage, there will be people to help you bring it in and out of the cable car to your room. Check-in counter for hotel guests at Station 5 cable station. It's very busy during the check-in at this festival season. Even during the rainy season, visibility may not be good. The moment you see it's not raining, go out and walk around quickly. It's clear on the way up so you can see the waterfall well. Have a nice trip.
