Guilin East-West Alley | A street witnessing the changes of history (with guide)

Guilin is really a magical place, I don't want to leave once I come. This time I strolled around the East-West Alley with my friend Momo, and the locals took me to experience a different Guilin. 🌟Attraction Introduction The East-West Alley is adjacent to the Jingjiang Prince's Mansion, and it is a comprehensive commercial block integrating tourism, folklore, culture, shopping, dining, leisure, and entertainment. The East-West Alley is the only historical street left over from the Ming and Qing Dynasties in Guilin. The spatial scale is pleasant, and it is a scenic area of Guilin's ancient historical style, including Zhengyang Street East Alley, Jiangnan Alley, Lanjing Alley and other traditional alleys in Guilin. 🌟Basic Guide 🎟️Ticket price: Free all day 📍Detailed address: 100 meters east of the intersection of Zhengyang Road and Jiefang East Road, Xiufeng District, Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region 🚗Traffic guide: You can take the 10, 11, 14, 18, 21, 24, 25, 30, 91, 203, 206 in the city and get off at the "Jiefang Bridge" station. The west side of the station is the East-West Alley, and the east side is the Xiaoyao Tower Scenic Area 🌳Twelve Hours Bookstore There is a Twelve Hours Bookstore in the East-West Alley. I found out that it is an open aisle with bookshelves on both sides for free reading. I went to see that there were not many books, and no one maintained it, so I don't recommend friends to go there specifically for check-in. 📷About photography ✅There is a small alley from the Xiaoyao Tower to the East-West Alley, with many oil-paper umbrellas hanging, which is very suitable for taking ancient style photos. ✅The archway of the East-West Alley is one of the must-check-in places, a perfect place for tourist photos. ✅Taking pictures in front of the gate of Jingjiang Prince's Mansion is also very good, it is recommended to check in at the door, it is not cost-effective to go in. 🍃Play suggestions ✅The East-West Alley is suitable for shopping at night, with bright lights and a lot of people, it is very lively. ✅Jingjiang Prince's Mansion and Xiaoyao Tower are both nearby, and can be arranged to play on the same day. ✅The East-West Alley needs to be walked around, it is recommended to wear a pair of comfortable shoes. —————————————————
