This place is the Diaoshuihu Scenic Area of Hengtou Mountain, located in Acheng District of Harbin City, about 90 kilometers from the city center. The entrance fee to the scenic area is 40 yuan. You can drive up the mountain directly to the top without the need to hike. After parking at the mountaintop parking lot, a 200-meter walkway leads you to the observatory. The view from the mountaintop is spectacular, and there are many red leaves, making it well worth the visit. The altitude of Diaoshuihu at the mountaintop is 720 meters, and it is quite windy and cold, but there are not too many tourists. I went on the 2nd and there was no traffic jam, and there were quite a few empty spots in the mountaintop parking lot. It has now entered the best viewing period.
