Beef Noodle in a Clay Pot

🌶 Saw a post from Khun Mea yesterday and decided to give it a try right away, haha. I must confess that I almost missed the shop. You have to look carefully, there will be a sign with the shop's name. The shop is small but has plenty of tables to sit at. I must say, almost every table was full! The highlight of the shop is the beef 🐮. The texture is just right, chewable, with a strong beef aroma that fills the nose. Plus, you get a generous amount in one bowl, very satisfying. The beef comes in various forms: fresh, tender, and meatballs, along with a variety of vegetables and side dishes, complete with two dipping sauce recipes...
