Wanning's sea😍 is breathtakingly beautiful👏! There you'll find coconut palm beaches🌴 and endless shades of blue💙. This summer😄, if you're feeling down😔, just go to Wanning and see the sea😜! When the sea breeze blows🎈, only freedom and happiness remain😝. 🚝Transportation: 📌It's recommended to fly to Haikou🛫, which is more economical. The high-speed train station🚄 is right below Meilan Airport, and it takes only about 1 hour to get from Meilan to Wanning or Shenzhou👀. 📌Shenzhou Station is closer to the attractions🤩, while Wanning Station is a bit further away😕. 🏠Accommodation options: There are mainly 4 areas to stay in Wanning, namely Shenzhou Peninsula🌴, Shimei Bay🎄, Riyue Bay🌙, and Xinglong Town🎉. 📌Shenzhou Peninsula and Shimei Bay have a better overall environment with high-end hotels🏢. 📌Riyue Bay mostly has homestays🏘. 📌During holidays or peak seasons, accommodation prices in the above three areas can multiply several times. Staying in Wanning city area is much more affordable. It only takes 7 minutes from Wanning Station to Shenzhou Station by high-speed train, and after arriving at Shenzhou, taking a taxi can save a lot of money💰. 🎡Must-visit places: 📌Shenzhou Peninsula: 1. Qiaohai Ranch: There are big white geese🦢, water buffaloes🐂, and ducklings🦆, as well as green lawns and hillsides full of areca trees, making it a great photo spot📷. 2. Sheraton Hotel Beach + Sea Swing + Corona Sunset Bar: The beach is decorated with paddleboards and a carousel🎠. To the left is the sea swing and Corona Sunset Bar, and to the right is the direction of the lighthouse🗼. 3. Lighthouse: Highly recommended to walk from Sheraton along the beach to the lighthouse in the afternoon, it's extremely beautiful. The sea area is wide, the waves are white, and the gradient blue is the richest and most beautiful among all beaches. You can also pick up small seashells🐚. After leaving the lighthouse, it's advised to take a sightseeing car as the walking distance is quite far🚶. 📌Shimei Bay: Navigate to 1. Wilderness Beach Bar, and after visiting, walk up the road where there are markets all along; further up is the Sea-view Pavilion, below which is a beach that is the second most beautiful place after Shenzhou Peninsula. The sea is clear and gradient, with rocks that make for great photos without filters; further ahead is the Westin Hotel, with pink loungers and parasols on the beach, a casual snap brings an instant chill vibe🤳. 📌Riyue Bay: Its features are the Coconut Palm Road and seaside shops, but personally, I don't like it much here. It feels like an overpriced seaside night market with an average environment. When it's crowded, there's no cell signal, and it's especially prone to traffic jams🚗. 1. The church is on Sun Island, a fair distance from Coconut Palm Road. Besides the church, the blue fence next to Coconut Palm Road and the pile of coconuts at the entrance of Haimen Coconut Shop are worth photographing (but the price of coconuts is three times higher than elsewhere)🥥. 📌Xinglong Town: 1. Bali Village, just take photos at the entrance🤳. Opinions on the popular restaurant with Southeast Asian flavors vary, so I didn't go. Instead, I went to Huananbao, which tasted quite good.
