Pingtang Peak Forest Rice Paddies: Karst peaks + golden rice paddies, a rare sight in Guangdong! During the autumn harvest, farmers bend over to harvest, and the rustling sound of sickles cutting rice is super healing. Walking on the ridges with the peaks as a background, every shot is a healing masterpiece. I recommend early morning or evening for soft light, and you might even capture the smoke from cooking fires. 2. Julong Cave: The stalactites inside are still growing. Water drips along the tips of the stalagmites, taking hundreds of years to grow just 1 cm, and standing in front of them makes you feel small. Bring a wide-angle lens to capture the mystery, and remember to wear non-slip shoes. 3. Luoding Wenta (Literary Tower): A 400-year-old tower. Walk around it, and you'll see traces of weathering from every angle. Shoot from below or use puddles to capture reflections for a classic, ancient vibe. The adjacent ancient city wall features bricks with Hongwu inscriptions. Touching the 600-year-old stones, they feel cold and rough. If you're lucky, you might even meet an artist sketching. 4. Former Residence of Cai Tingkai: A mix of sturdy watchtowers and daily life details. The courtyard flowers, trees, and wood-carved window lattices create a cultural atmosphere.
