The trip to Wugong Mountain this time almost used up all my luck😭😭😭 However, I can still share the 2-day 1-night travel guide with everyone😁😁😁 Two years later, when I look back at the photos from that time, I am still stunned by the breathtaking scenery😍😍😍 It was windy and rainy when I went up the mountain, and I was a bit upset, but I didn't expect to see an incredibly stunning sunrise over the sea of clouds the next day, which almost made me cry😭😭😭 This scenery is simply not of this world!!! 🚉How to get there: I went from Chengdu✈️ to Changsha, then from Changsha🚞 to Pingxiang North Station, and from there I took a shuttle bus🚌 to Wugong Mountain, about a 70-minute drive🚗. Luggage can be stored at the bus ticket office, 15 yuan/person (20 yuan/person for Wugong Mountain storage), and the bus fare is 27 yuan/person, which can be taken round trip. 🚡About tickets: The pre-booked ticket price is 60 yuan, while the same-day purchase is 70 yuan. The first-level cable car (Zhong'an Cableway) costs 65 yuan/up and 50 yuan/down, and the second-level cable car (Golden Summit Cableway) costs 35 yuan/up and 25 yuan/down. 🏔Travel guide: 🔸Day one: Going up the mountain ●Take a shuttle to the entrance of the scenic area🚪 ●Take the Zhong'an Cableway🚠 ●Arrive at Shigu Temple Square ●Visit points such as General's Platform, Wishing Stone, Echo Valley, Lover's Gallery, Meadow Boat, etc. ●Finally reach the Golden Summit⛰ 🔸Day two: Going down the mountain ●Depart from the Golden Summit ●Pass by White Crane Peak, Wanbao Cabinet, Hanging Horse Pile, Guanyin Tang, Hero Slope, and other attractions ●Arrive at Shigu Temple Square ●Leave from the scenic area entrance by shuttle ❗If you want to challenge yourself, you can choose to hike the whole way (not something everyone can do). If you don't have enough physical strength, it's recommended to take both cable cars (you'll still need to walk a bit in between). Personally, I recommend taking only the first-level cable car and then hiking the rest of the way to better enjoy the fun of climbing🧗‍♂️. 🍜About dining: There are many restaurants at the entrance of the scenic area, and the prices are quite acceptable😝. The prices on the mountain will be slightly higher. It's recommended to eat at the bottom of the mountain before going up, and then prepare some dry food in advance for dinner and breakfast on the mountain🍔. 🏡Accommodation guide: You can choose between tents or hotels. If the weather is good, you can stay in a tent, but if the weather is bad, you must stay in a hotel! ●Tent: The price for a regular tent is over 100 yuan, which is quite thin🎪. If it's windy at night, it might make you question life. The best tents cost over 500 yuan, and you can lie in bed and watch the stars🌟. ●Hotel: There are 5 hotels on the mountain, with prices ranging from 300-600 yuan, and they can basically provide hot water, but a hot water card is needed, some may be free, some may charge. 📋Notes: 🔸The weather is very important!!! You will experience what is 'human despair' and 'heaven on earth' here😱😍. 🔸Comfortable sports shoes are important, and wearing a pair of old shoes you don't mind getting dirty is also fine, as you can throw them away after descending the mountain if they get wet👟. 🔸Just in case, prepare a raincoat🌂, which costs 10 yuan at the bottom of the mountain and 20 yuan at the top. 🔸Shoe covers can be purchased at the bottom of the mountain for 15 yuan a pair, and can be returned if not used. 🔸There are hot water and toilets🚻 on the mountain.
