Dantewada Land of Angels Waterfall Park Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Dantewada, the Land of Angels in Thailand.
Visiting Dantewada, the land of angels in Thailand, was an unforgettable experience. This beautiful village is characterized by its charming natural beauty and diverse terrain. I enjoyed visiting picturesque waterfalls and lush forests that fill the air with pure and bright colors. I toured botanical gardens and became acquainted with various beautiful plants and flowers. I savored delicious local cuisine and learned about the friendly and kind culture of the local people. Visiting their magnificent temples was a special spiritual experience. I enjoyed seeing the beautiful lotus flowers that reflect the authenticity of Thai culture. My visit to Dantewada was thrilling and filled with color and beauty, and I am grateful for the opportunity to explore this enchanting land.
Explore the Fairy Tale Land @ Dantewada
Dantewada is indeed one of the most beautiful cafes we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Located in Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai, Thailand, Dantewada stands out as a unique fusion of café and park. The entry ticket price is 80 Baht, but the experience offered within the vast expanse of the café far surpasses its modest cost.
Upon entry, visitors are greeted by a carefully designed landscape featuring breathtaking waterfalls, blue rivers, and a diverse array of trees. Stone pathways wind through the park, inviting guests on a small adventure through misty forests and fog-filled expanses. Overall, it was like you were in the fairy tale land.
Though the café building itself may be small in comparison to the expansive park, it is surrounded by a forest that adds to its charm. Antique buildings dot the landscape, each providing perfect settings for photography, including a rainbow field, a wooden castle, and various props and seating areas.
Additionally, visitors can interact with stalls featuring adorable animals such as lamps, parrots, silkie chickens, and rabbits.
The food and drink offerings at Dantewada are equally impressive. The Lychee Smoothie is a must-try. We found it to be the best refreshing treat after exploring the park.
Despite spending hours within the park, our enjoyment never waned. We wholeheartedly recommend Dantewada to everyone seeking a unique and unforgettable café experience.

Namtok Bua Tong-Nam Phu Chet Si National Park Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Buatong's Glittering Embrace
Nestled amidst the lush greenery of northern Thailand, Buatong Waterfall is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. From the moment you arrive, the air is filled with the refreshing scent of nature, and the sound of cascading water creates a symphony of tranquility.
The highlight of Buatong Waterfall is its unique limestone formations, which create a natural staircase for visitors to climb. Unlike traditional waterfalls where climbing is forbidden, here, you're encouraged to ascend the mineral-covered rocks, thanks to their rough texture that provides exceptional grip. It's a thrilling experience, offering a sense of adventure while surrounded by the beauty of the jungle.#waterfalls #nature #localguides #historicallandmarks
The mysterious Sticky waterfalls of Thailand
This unique waterfall near Chiang Mai has high-traction rock surfaces that are fun to play on and make for epic photos. Nam Tok Bua Tong aka the Sticky Waterfall, is an incredibly cool place to check out when you’re in Chiang Mai. The water here bubbles up from a natural spring, and it has such high levels of dissolved minerals that it coats the rocks and tree roots it flows over in high-traction limestone. They call it the “Sticky Falls” because the stone has so much grip. It’s a waterfall and it looks like it should be slippery, so your eyes can’t quite believe it when you see people easily walking on the steep rocks. You can climb all over the waterfall here and go wherever you want to go. It’s crazy fun here, and a great place to get some really cool photos. Have to be extra cautious not to slip and get hurt. #trip #Travel #nature #Waterfall #Thailand
Wonderfull waterfall in Chiang-Mai
No entrance fee. The waterfall is so beautiful and it's very fun to go with friends. The water is so clean and crystal clear. Don't forget to check out the rainbow spring.

Arriving at the Bua Thong 'sticky' Waterfalls, the first thing you notice is that they are quite steep, multi-tiered cascades rather than a huge singular waterfall. They are called ''the sticky waterfalls'' because they are made of limestone and mineral deposits. It gives you a good grip to walk up or down the cascades. There are many ropes to hold on to. I spent two hours pretending I was a super hero and it really enjoyable. It was probably more enjoyable as it was the wet season and because the water flow was strong. In the dry season the water flow tends to be less. To cool off from Chiang Mai's heat, this is a nice day trip. Go as early as possible and avoid the weekends in order to avoid the crowds.
Definitely worth doing.

Wat Ban Den Travel Recommendations for 2024 (Updated in May)
Chiang Mai Journey | Photo Backdrop of Blue and White Temples - The blue and white are an unmissable scenic feature of Chiang Mai. While most visitors prefer the white temples, I found the blue temples more photogenic against the sunlight. The place was very crowded when I got there. The best spot is the pagoda behind the temple. You can get brilliant photos from here.
I recommend two temples in Chiang Mai. Wat Rong Khun (white temple) is so glorious and splendid that you can feel the devotion of the Thai people to their religion. When you get to Wat Ban Den (blue temple), try to take off your shoes and find a silent corner, then sit facing a figure of Buddha on your knees. Closing your eyes, you will feel as light as smoke.
Wat Ban Den, ChiangMai - Thailand. This is one of the remarkable temple in ChiangMai with 50 kilometers away from the city. The look of this temple is not the same as other temples as it seems to be more fancy. However, it is beautiful with its own style.

Captivating Elephant Painting in Chiangmai
During my travels in Chiang Mai, Thailand, I stumbled upon a sanctuary where elephants showcased their artistic talents. Guided by skilled mahouts, these gentle giants painted mesmerizing strokes on canvases, creating stunning works of art. Witnessing their creativity was awe-inspiring, and knowing that each painting supported their welfare made the experience even more meaningful. It was a beautiful reminder of the bond between humans and animals, and a highlight of my trip to Chiang Mai.#trip
