Hanmiog’s main menu are all courses - beef brisket sushi, sirloin steak, beef brisket flower, and soybean paste stew - with different portions and sizes. All tables are located with Korea’s traditional griddle where all your meet will be cooked on. You will start the journey with a piece of beef brisket sushi. A thinly-sliced beef brisket is sizzled on the griddle and fired up with torch to highlight the fiery smell. If you eat the piece directly as it is cooked, you are now ready to embark the whole gourmet journey ahead of you. A zucchini pancake will be served to once again warm up your belly, and here comes the first main menu. A big chunk of sirloin steak with pink and white marbling is cooked with water parsley, which is a great combination with grilled meat dishes. The steak melts as I put it inside my mouth and I loved the water parsley’s fresh scent. As you finish up the steak, a beautifully plated beef brisket flower will be served on the griddle. The server will first cook the meet and water parsley, then bring in a variety of side dishes that goes along. Edges will be decorated with grilled beef brisket, water parsley, bracken, bean sprout, scallop, Kimchi, and tortilla as the center will be filled with egg pudding.
