The temple itself is vibrant and beautifully maintained, with stunning statues of Chinese deities and detailed carvings that reflect local religious culture. It’s peaceful yet full of character — a perfect place to pause and appreciate the atmosphere. Right beside the temple is a mangrove walkway, which offers a unique experience. The wooden path winds through lush mangrove trees and gives a calm, natural contrast to the temple’s energy. If you’re lucky, you might spot crabs, birds, or monitor lizards. It’s not a long walk, but it’s shaded and relaxing — perfect for a mid-morning or late afternoon stroll. Best time to visit: Early morning or evening when it’s cooler.
