Cafe Paletscent is located right in front of Janganmun, the northern gate of Hwaseong Fortress. It's a place I've always wanted to go to. I had a plain scone and iced coffee~ It was big and delicious. I was in the store on the second floor. There are plenty of seats on the rooftop, and you can enjoy a wonderful view from either side.
