Taking the kids there is truly a recipe for happiness, and I highly recommend it👍～ ✅ Stepping into the hotel🏨 is like stepping into a Suzhou garden, with neatly trimmed greenery, perfectly placed lighting, an alluring aroma in the air, and a relaxed and happy expression on everyone's face. ✅ Art flows through the lobby, depicting the prosperity of Suzhou with legendary classics. Every step, every scene, exudes positive vibes. My weariness was completely washed away here. ✅ The guest rooms are decorated in neutral tones, cleverly blending historical charm, modern fashion, and international elegance. Staying in the Panoramic Open Suite, I enjoyed the comfortable temperature, the spacious living room, the soft and comfortable bedding, and the very chill balcony... The relaxation I was looking for often comes from the details. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of Suzhou from every angle, making for a very comfortable stay😌. ✅ The hotel breakfast is a prelude to aesthetic living🍳. Alkanna Restaurant combines European elegance with modern simplicity. The bakery and noodle station are both excellent, each bite a delightful treat for the taste buds. ✅ Biao Xia Chinese Restaurant offers an innovative interpretation of Huaiyang cuisine, featuring seasonal seafood and selected ingredients to capture the essence of Jiangnan spring. My kids loved the Peking duck, a perfect combination of crispy skin and tender meat, served with sweet bean sauce and shredded spring onions wrapped in thin pancakes. It was absolutely divine! ✅ Enjoy afternoon tea at the lobby lounge, Feng Pan Ting. Each refreshing and delicious spring-exclusive sweet and savory treat is distinct yet harmonious, offering a rich and wonderful taste experience! ✅ I absolutely adore the hotel's executive lounge. Its design cleverly incorporates the essence and style of the water town, bringing a Jiangnan garden to the heights. Red maples and pine trees complement each other, and the incredibly realistic pebble path creates a tranquil, private retreat-like atmosphere. It's truly magical. ✅ The Ritz is kid-friendly and offers a variety of colorful🫧 activities for little gentlemen and ladies. We made DIY cupcakes this time, and the kids had a blast. ✅ The hotel also has a private garden exclusively for guests - the Zizhi Garden. This Ming Dynasty private garden, designed by Wen Zhengming and Qiu Ying, is filled with the poetic charm of the Ming and Qing dynasties. It's not only a great place to escape the crowds but also a fantastic photo spot! 🌈 Our three-day, two-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Suzhou was truly wonderful. It was a perfect balance of childcare and self-care, allowing us to escape the fast-paced life and enjoy the tranquility of the hotel. It was a vacation for both myself and my children.
