Hunan Taohuayuan Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hot Spring Hotel In March, the spring flowers bloom, and I made plans to go out with friends. We chose to visit Wulei Mountain, and coincidentally saw the Wyndham nearby, so we booked a mid-mountain room. Value for money: Speaking of the room price alone, it's quite expensive, especially during weekends. However, the hotel offers complimentary hot spring tickets and breakfast, which makes the cost-performance ratio quite decent for a family trip. Breakfast: Pretty average. Basically, on weekends, whatever you want is not available, and it's so crowded that you have to squeeze in to find a seat, which was not very satisfying. Room facilities: Other recreational facilities are quite nice, but the mid-mountain facilities are strange. The large bathtub is placed inside the room, which can easily make the room wet when used, and there's no place in the bathroom to put clothes. Moreover, it's an open space with the bed, meaning you have to dress in the nude after bathing, which is odd. Then there's a large mirror when you come out, emmm... it's a bit hard for shy people to accept. Parking: Parking is quite convenient. There's a parking lot, and you go straight up to the lobby. If you're not staying in a mid-mountain villa, it's very convenient. Room view: The view is blocked by the mountain and there are barriers. There's not much of a view, but you can see the distant scenery while walking on the road. It should be better in summer. Location and transportation: It's right next to the highway, very convenient. Swimming pool: There are about a hundred hot spring pools inside, but the mid-mountain is a bit far, and there are only towels, no bathrobes. You must bring your own clothes, otherwise, it's very cold. But the hot spring doesn't have a sulfur smell, 6emm it's a matter of opinion. The famous attractions inside include the Bird's Nest and the Caves. The indoor area is super crowded with many children, making it a great place for family fun. The outdoor area has an infinity pool, but there are too many people taking photos. Overall, it's worth a visit, but you have to choose the right time. The private hot spring baths are very comfortable. It must be beautiful when it snows and there are fewer people.
