Musashikokufu Hachimangu Shrine in Fuchu, Tokyo 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍 𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃◌𓈒𓐍𓂃 A shrine adjacent to Tokyo Racecourse. Founded during the reign of Emperor Shomu. The main deity is Emperor Ojin (Honda Wake no Mikoto), the god of victory. It is one of the Hachimangu shrines founded in each province, and is also the guardian deity of Musashi Province. It is currently a branch shrine of Okunitama Shrine. The grounds are located on the old Koshu Kaido road, and if you walk along the approach from the first torii gate, you will see a mysterious sight of the Keio Line Baba Line tracks and a railroad crossing in front of the second torii gate. When you enter the grounds, the trees are spread out and it feels a bit lush.
