Last year, for our anniversary, we chose Wang's Cuisine, and this year, we couldn't resist choosing it again. Entrusting our special occasion to Wang's Cuisine is perfect for someone like me who is both lazy and particular. The Wang's Cuisine in the Vientiane City mall is located on the second floor of the outer perimeter. It has large private rooms, but I personally prefer the smaller tables tucked away inside. The dim lighting is just right, and coupled with their table settings, it creates a cozy and atmospheric ambiance. 👍 The overall experience has significantly enhanced the sense of ceremony and interaction. The knife selection at the beginning immediately immerses you in the main event atmosphere. 👍 The sequence of serving dishes is well managed, and the service has improved a lot. The bone-in beef short ribs, the king of main courses, is consistently excellent. 👍 Some dishes prepared using fresh extraction techniques left a deep impression. 🌟 Highly recommend the "Freshly Extracted Beef Short Rib Clear Soup" and "Tiramisu". Both completely captivated me. The soup contains the essence of cordyceps and precious mushrooms. Upon careful tasting, you can detect the fragrance of herbs. Plus, witnessing the extraction process performance, this subtle taste experience deserves an extra three points. 🌟 The "Tiramisu" is truly a star dish. The flavor is authentic, it contains alcohol, and the moistness is superb. The preparation process is complex, and the flaming extraction cup is quite intriguing. The taste is incredibly rich, with the cream's smoothness, the alcohol's mellowness, the coffee's aroma, and the crunchiness of the chocolate balls. It melts in your mouth and blends together, exuding a high-end feel! The creativity and effort put into a single dish are fully displayed. 💗 The "Rejuvenating Essence Fig Cheesecake" truly puts a perfect end to this ceremony. It's too cute and beautiful. The moment you crack the wishing sugar frosting, your heart flutters! It's super photogenic! 😄 Freshly selected bread! My old love! I linger every time I come. I wonder if anyone else feels the same! The pre-meal bread and dipping sauce at Wang's Cuisine are perennially recommended. Super love it! 🥰
