The Zagreb Cathedral is a medieval architectural structure located in the capital of Croatia, Zagreb, and is one of the city's landmarks. Known as one of the largest cathedrals in Croatia, it is also referred to as the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. You can see a golden statue of the Virgin Mary at the entrance. The Zagreb Cathedral was built between the 13th and 15th centuries, featuring characteristics of Gothic and Renaissance styles. This cathedral is famous for its beautiful, ornate stained glass windows and stone-carved decorations. However, due to destruction caused by earthquakes, ongoing restoration work means that its original appearance is not yet visible.
