Dujiangyan, a city you must visit at least once
✅Dujiangyan City, another interesting city
✅Not far from Chengdu, you can take the high-speed rail
📌Get off at Liduigongyuan Station 离堆公园
⚠️From Chengdu east —> Liduigongyuan (Liduigongyuan) It takes 1 hour / Ticket price ~90 baht
✅Get off the train, prepare your passport, scan to exit the station 📍Line up close to the rightmost line ▶️▶️ There will be an officer to help
✅Go up the escalator, you will see 🐼 Panda taking selfies, which is one of the signature spots here
✅If you have 3-4 hours, I recommend walking into Lidui Park 离堆公园
⚠️There are many ways to enter Lidui Park, but I recommend this route Start at Gate 1, search for 离堆公园出入口 (1st door) or Lidui Park entrance/exit 1
📍Buy tickets at the office on the left, use your passport + 80 yuan
🌀After buying, walk to the right ▶️▶️ Enter the large gate in the middle 💟 Give your passport to the officer to scan instead of a ticket
🔆Walking this route is a circle, starting at Gate 1 and ending at Gate 2
‼️It takes about 3-4 hours, walking about 15,000 steps
⚠️In Lidui Park, there are many food stalls along the way, no need to rush to buy food to go in.
✅When you pass the gate, you will find a long walkway. On the side, there are iron statues of important people in the past. 📍This area is called Iron Bars
✅Continue walking and you will find a high staircase. There are quite a few beautiful photo spots. This area is called 📍Fulong Temple. When you finish walking, walk back out and go down the same stairs. Then go to the left⬅️⬅️of the building ‼️
✅Walk along the path, you will find a short suspension bridge, cross it and continue walking, you will find a point to board a golf cart 🚎 ‼️You can buy additional tickets to ride to the next point. There are many Chinese people queuing up to board the car, quite a long line 📍This point is called Stele Pavillion
⚠️I think if you can walk, you can walk here. If you are short on time, I recommend taking a golf cart. We chose to walk here 💕 Walk for ~10 minutes
✅Walk along the path (same path as the golf cart) until you find a large suspension bridge, stretching across the river. This point is where the golf cart drops off 📍This bridge is called Anlan suspension bridge
✨The bridge is long and sways with the force of people walking. Crossing to the other side makes you feel quite unsteady
✅When you cross over, you will find a place where people have tied red wooden signs to make wishes all over the wall. Walk up the mountain to go to 📍Erwang Temple
⚠️This point is large and beautiful, with beautiful and unusual trees. There are many places to worship and make wishes
🌀Spend a lot of time here because it is the highlight of this place.
✅Continue walking along the path and you will find 📍Erlei pass, which is like the front gate. ✨This is the scene where the movie Journey to the West was filmed.
✅Continue walking along the path, up and down the mountain, and look for the sign for Exit 2, called 📍West Street Entrance /Exit 2 or 西街出入口(2号门).
✅When you leave Lidui Park, this path will lead to a street of cute shops with many shops on both sides. The atmosphere is 10/10.
And at the end of the path is 📍South Steet.
⚠️There are many food and brand shops along the way. 🌀It is recommended to walk a little further, you may find better priced products.
✅Another highlight that you must visit is 📍Nanqiao Bridge.
This is an ancient dam, also called Blue Tears.
‼️If you want the most beautiful view, you must walk when it is completely dark. Because along both sides of the road, blue lights will be on, reflecting on the water surface, all the way.
🔸🔸This city is recommended to visit for 1 full day or 2 days and 1 night, which is enough. 🔸🔸
