Opened over 10 years ago in Toyosu, near the team☆lab exhibition space, MIFA Football Park's concept is to be dedicated to communication, music and football but it's mainly known and used as a soccer practice space. It's in a very open space, rare for Japan! The last picture is the view from the field. The field can be used under bad weather. As pictured, there is a cafe with a small terrace space and a stage. They serve full meals and snacks, as well as protein shakes. You can rent everything you need: shoes and socks, full outfit, towels... There also is a kids play space, showers with a sauna, and a chiropractor. Short walk from the nearest station, you can just drop by if you have an urge to play during your stay! Its extremely convenient location is its biggest highlight. The hotel is just a one-minute walk from Tsubogawa Station on the Okinawa Monorail. As long as the monorail is operational, you can easily reach the hotel regardless of your flight. Furthermore, there's a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven right next door, so you won't have to worry about running out of supplies. When you arrive in Okinawa, why not rush in and grab an ice-cold beer?! Just across the street is Don Quijote Naha Tsubogawa Store. Don Quijote can shop till you drop without worry, easily carrying all your purchases back to your hotel. Buy as much as you want without having to squeeze through the crowds on Kokusai Street. Trust me, after queuing for tax on Kokusai Street, you'll have to lug your bags all the way back to your hotel. It's a huge difference compared to easily shopping and carrying your purchases back here. Also, there's a car rental company on the first floor of the hotel lobby for self-drive tours. If you want to choose another company, don't worry, there are plenty of parking lots at the intersections in front of and behind the hotel, as well as along the road next to the hotel entrance. No need to worry about finding a parking spot when you're unfamiliar with the area. A short 5-10 minute walk away are local supermarkets, KFC, Lawson, and Yoshinoya for shopping, so you don't have to worry about food and drinks. The hotel's breakfast is also excellent, featuring all the must-try Okinawan specialties. Okinawan rice balls, tofu soup, Okinawan noodles, and Okinawan stew are served daily, ensuring a varied and enjoyable breakfast. The complimentary fruit selection is a welcome oasis for travelers, with bananas, dragon fruit, and oranges providing essential fiber and vitamin C, addressing the common problem of insufficient fruit intake while traveling. Furthermore, the breakfast also includes awamori (a type of Japanese dessert), allowing guests to be awakened by the warmth of Okinawan awamori and start their day off right. The triple rooms are spacious enough that luggage can be easily opened and unpacked. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring you won't be disturbed by noise. The bathroom is clean, and the consistent hot water provides a refreshing shower, completely washing away the day's fatigue. A huge plus is the water dispensers! There are also dispensers in the hallways, making it very convenient to fill your water bottle before heading out. The only slight drawback is that the front desk staff doesn't seem to offer Chinese support, but don't worry if you need anything. You can communicate with them using your limited English or a translation app on your phone; the staff will be very patient and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend it, especially for travelers taking the monorail to the airport for their return trip. The hotel is very close to the station, so you don't have to worry about dragging your luggage; the entire route is flat, and there are elevators at the station. This is an Osaka attraction recommended by quite a few people—Ikoma Sanjo Amusement Park! I thought I was just visiting an amusement park, but I ended up reconnecting with my long-lost self. Ikoma Sanjo Amusement Park doesn't have thrilling roller coasters or flashy new rides, but it possesses a certain magic that makes you slow down. Riding the retro attractions while taking in the sprawling city views of Osaka, time itself seems to slow its pace. My absolute favorite is the airplane ride shown in the first picture Soaring high up and slowly circling around, feeling the cool breeze~ In that moment, I suddenly remembered myself as a kid. No worries, no rushing around—just a merry-go-round and an ice cream were enough to keep me happy all day long. I don't know why, but as I was walking, my eyes started tearing up, and I couldn't even hold back my tears 🤣🤣 During my short stint living in Japan, I've honestly cried quite a few times... It turns out that as we grow up, we just keep pushing forward so hard, rarely stopping to ask ourselves if we still remember our purest, happiest selves. If you're traveling to Kansai, I highly recommend setting aside half a day for Ikoma Sanjo Amusement Park. The aroma of oysters wafted through the air, building anticipation even before I took a bite. The umami of the oysters was intensely concentrated, making it incredibly rich. It was creamy but not too heavy, and so delicious I wanted to drink every last drop. It was a luxurious bowl of ramen, almost like enjoying a full-course meal. I also ordered the meat sushi. The moment it was brought to my table, I couldn't help but take a picture. It paired perfectly with the ramen. Eating meat sushi after a rich oyster ramen further enhances the feeling of satisfaction. The restaurant is stylish and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere even for solo diners. There were female customers as well, and it felt more like a comfortable restaurant than a typical ramen shop.
