We took a ferry from Krabi for about 3 hours. If you come by speedboat, it will be faster, about 1.5 hours. We got off at Ao Ton Sai. If you want to stay on Phi Phi Island or have lunch, you have to go through this pier. The entrance fee to Phi Phi Island is 40 baht per person. The view on Phi Phi Island is really beautiful. The sea water is very clear. The sandy beach is beautiful. You have to stay on the island once. You will love it. When I went in May, the country started to open up. Tonsai Beach is one of Railay Peninsula's lesser-known beaches. It runs on from Railay West for about 600 meters, separated by a rock face at high tide, and faces south. At low tide, it can be reached on foot from Railay West, sandwiched between two towering limestone cliffs. Tonsai's beach is not known for providing excellent swimming or snorkeling opportunities: reefs and rocks just in front of the sand make it perilous; at low tide, even long-tail boats find it difficult to beach. We bought tickets from Krabi Town to Phi Phi Island. The express boat took about an hour to reach Ton Sai Bay. We stayed on the island for two nights. The hotel we booked arranged for staff to wait for us at the pier and take us to the hotel by boat. We could directly purchase the island hopping tour for the next day at the hotel. We chose the full-day tour from 9am to 7pm, which included Bamboo Island and Mosquito Island. Personally, I think half a day is enough, as the full-day tour is really tiring, but the scenery is amazing. It is not recommended for non-swimmers to snorkel near Phi Phi Island, as the waves are a bit strong. Several Indian friends on the same boat were swept far away by the waves, which is a bit dangerous. The Maya Bay on Little Pippi Island is really stunning, and the sea water on Bamboo Island is also very clear, but there are many European and American tourists. The experience of playing in the off-season will be better. Finally, the sunset in the evening is also very beautiful. The itinerary is tiring all day, so be sure to apply sunscreen and bring a towel. Fruits, lunch, and drinks are provided on the boat. However, the package we booked only includes one meal, which is served at 3 pm in the afternoon. By the time we return to the pier after watching the sunset, it will be close to 8 pm. Mango Garden is located about 30 meters to the right of Tonsai Bay. They offer breakfast, and if you want a mango dessert as a snack, they have a variety of options, including pancakes, smoothies, shaved ice, and ice cream with mango. The toilets were also the cleanest of all the restaurants on this street. Recommended for breakfast, snacks, and after-meal desserts.
