A New York Icon
New York City has many icons and instantly recognizable sites and attractions. One of these is the Brooklyn bridge, connecting Manhattan to Brooklyn.
Of course, built for cars and the subway to pass, you can also walk across; something I highly recommend you doing. The Bridge is a wonderous work, standing high and majestically amongst the concrete jungle. You'll find beautiful scenes of the Manhattan skyline, which are stunning, while traversing this icon which has been there for a long time! You'll also pack in some calorie burning activity!

Brooklyn Bridge is an iconic New York City landmark that links Manhattan and Brooklyn. It is also known for its eclecticism of architecture - from the neoclassical to the modern, from Romanesque to Gothic, and everything in between. Built over a hundred years ago, this bridge continues to be a popular spot for visitors both to and from Manhattan, and has become an essential part of the local identity.
Brooklyn bridge - beautiful and romantic 🥰
A must visit when you are in New York City. It’s always crowded though.. This was our second time having a stroll on the bridge. It was of course very cold (Dec 22), but we had a lot of fun taking pictures and enjoying the beautiful city of New York.
Highlights: definitely the sunset over the skyscrapers.
Other highlights: We got ourselves New York beanie $5, NY hats $5, NYPD hat $10 😅.
The Iconic Brooklyn Bridge in NYC
The brooklyn bridge is an iconic marvel that was built up in the 1800s, back than making this kne if the many longest bridge that connects brooklyn to manhatten.
This is also one of the many visited tourists attractions and the bridge can be really crowded. The bridge also is quite sturdy eventhough it has been built ages ago and also it is being supported by the many rocks and metal steel bar and steel wires. The entire bridge takes approximately an hour or so to complete but you will be able to see many joggers and cyclists here running and cycling on their designated path. You should visit this place especially if you wanna catch the panoramic views from above and across the city.

Iconic Brooklyn bridge
Address - Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn Bridge Boulevard, New York, NY 10038, United States of America
This iconic bridge in New York is quite an old bridge that connects Manhattan and Brooklyn across the river. Officially renamed the Brooklyn Bridge in 1915, what I thought was quite enchanting about it was its Neo-Gothic style of architecture.
There is actually a park and a pedestrian crossing for people to walk across the bridge, not just for vehicles. It is quite spectacular to view the east river while strolling along the bridge.
My overall rating of the experience: 4 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brooklyn Bridge - New York
#passionpassport
The Brooklyn Bridge is very recognisable thanks to its location, size and its granite towers and thick steel cables. It is perhaps one of New York City's most popular attractions because it is so photogenic. Whether you're visiting the city or you live there, walking across this iconic bridge is one of the best things to do in NYC. It's fun, free, and the perfect way to enjoy breathtaking skyline and river views! Going early on weekends (before 9 or 10 a.m.) is probably the best time to avoid crowds. You can also go later in the evening like after 9 p.m. There will still be plenty of people after dark, and it's perfectly safe. Avoid rush hours during the week if possible. #passionpassport #beautifuldestinations

Brooklyn Bridge and Great American Food
Brookland Bridge is an iconic Bridge in New York City where it was opened in 1883 and the was the very first fixed crossing of the east River. Many tourists will go to the Brooklyn Bridge Park to take an iconic shot of the Bridge both morning and night. This bridge is famous due to its location and its vast size and not forgetting one of the most photogenic icon.
Apart from just photos, America has alot of great American food that I have to go to when I'm there! Firstly it's the world famous shake shack, the burgers there feels rather different than the one I locally had in singapore, such sof tender buns with its juicy patties! Ahhh so amazing! You should also try the many cafes located around Brooklyn and also the very popular IHOP. IHOP is a pancake house located all around United States and its their fast food restaurant for pancakes, this is a must try because I'm sure you be hooked after your first attempt!

why you should visit the Brooklyn Bridge
A landmark in NYC, the Brooklyn Bridge is one of the 3 bridges that connect Manhattan to the main land. The other 2 are the Manhattan Bridge and the Williamsburg Bridge easily remembered by BMW. There's a pedestrians walkway in the middle of the bridge with traffic flowing on either sides. You feel safe walking up the ramp as there's a lot of safety features. However for the stupidly inclined, there's opportunities to obviously do the stupid.
At the beginning of the bridge near the city hall, there are a lot of vendors selling caps, magnets and similar traveler targeted wares. The price for these items are certainly cheaper than other tourist spots by a dollar or two. There are plenty of tourists vying for foothold and scenic spots. We even encountered a few people on motorized vehicles, bicycles and such.
From the bridge, we thought we could take a clear shot of the statue of liberty but the lady was quite far and even with the maximum zoom, she turned out grainy. It's a pretty good experience to walk up and down a historical monument like the Brooklyn Bridge.#newyork

Brooklyn Bridge, New York City
Brooklyn Bridge is a suspension Bridge built in 1869-1883. It connects Brooklyn to Manhattan island. Brooklyn Bridge is huge, looks magnificent and really a architectural wonder . It’s suggested to take walk from Brooklyn side as you can see Manhattan beautiful Skyline. With lights on it’s just looks dreamy. Just on the side of river there is also Brooklyn park where people go picnic and spend good time. #newyork #brooklynbridge #brooklyn #newyorkcity #unitedstatesofamerica #touristattraction #architecture #historicculture #travellocal
The Brooklyn Bridge was the longest suspension bridge when it was first built, but despite being a marvel of engineering in its era, this is probably not the reason you will be coming to visit this landmark. Instead, the Brooklyn Bridge has become an iconic piece of New York history that is as well-known as the suburb of Brooklyn itself. Shown in many movies, sitcoms and other TV shows, the Brooklyn bridge is also considered one of the most beautiful bridges in the world because of its vintage styling that can be described as quintessentially “New York”. This is an awesome experience for any visitor to New York as it is a great place to take photos whilst walking on the pedestrian route across the bridge, and if there’s space, add a lock to the fence whilst the cars zip by below you.

If you walk across the Brooklyn Bridge from Manhattan, make a stop at the famous Grimaldi's Pizzeria. The line starts to form early so you might have to wait, but these famous pizza slices are worth your while. Afterwards head down to the waterfront to relax in the park and enjoy the great views of Lower Manhattan.

Change your perspectives 👀 This is one aspect of photography that I learned by practicing day in day out. I remember one of my colleagues when I was working in Singapore telling me that all the famous landmarks around the world have been photographed millions or billions of time. It’s about how differently you can capture them. What unique story can you convey? How can you portray your views or experience in your own way, the way you have experienced it yourself. This is another example of how photography changed my perspectives about other aspects in life. It’s important to take a step back, to listen to others, and think about decisions or perspectives, in order to understand each other better 🙌🏼
The iconic Brooklyn Bridge connects Lower Manhattan to Dumbo. Featuring an elevated walkway, it’s a favorite sightseeing location and great place for snapping unforgettable photos. Come discover New York City and make 2020 a year to remember.

The Brooklyn Bridge was the first steel-wire suspension bridge, and at the time it was built, its 1,595 (486m) feet main span made it the the longest suspension bridge in the world. In 1903, the neighboring Williamsburg Bridge broke that record by 4.5 feet.
Also The Brooklyn Bridge can be one of the most beautiful spot for photo lovers of all time. I guess no one will argue with me. I hope every travellovers can go this year to the Brooklyn Bridge.

BROOKLYN BRIDGE
The postcard-perfect Brooklyn Bridge stands as one of New York City's most recognizable symbols not to mention a magnificent feat of engineering. It became the first roadway connection from Manhattan to Brooklyn. It is also the world's longest suspension bridge 🌉

New York will always be our favorite city. And no matter how many times we go there, crossing the gorgeous Brooklyn Bridge is a must. Manhattan skyline looks so impressive from the bridge, plus it’s a free thing to do in a very expensive city! ;)

New York Brooklyn Bridge near the photo recommended
New York Brooklyn Bridge itself is an attraction, the bridge is very suitable for taking pictures, with Manhattan as the background. Near the end of the bridge across the bridge, the bridge is very suitable for street shooting. The bridge is set against the backdrop of the New York-style Xiaohuang taxi. In addition, although the New York subway is known for its dirty and messy, you can take a few shots while waiting for the car.
In the middle of the 19th century, New York was the fastest growing city in the world. Someone planned to build the longest bridge ever, linking Manhattan and Brooklyn. The original proposal for the Brooklyn Bridge in New York was a German immigrant, John A. Rove. forest. He used to be a student of Hegel and later became an architect. According to his design, the Brooklyn Bridge was 1,600 meters long and was the longest bridge in the world.
The then New York government was ambitious and accepted John A. Rovlins advice, but in 1869, shortly before the Brooklyn Bridge started, John A. Rovlin suffered a tetanus while exploring the bridge base. He left the world in order to refuse to treat the doctor stubbornly without delaying his work. The bridge construction fell to his 32-year-old son, Washington Robin, who served as chief engineer and completed the bridge in 1883. The bridge took 16 years to work, and the New York government invested a total of 25 million.
This bridge full of history is worth a walk from Manhattan along the boardwalk to Brooklyn, where you can see the tall buildings and beautiful skyline of the Manhattan peninsula. Must experience.
New York's Manhattan and Brooklyn are just across the river
and the Brooklyn Bridge is the most symbolic bridge on the Hudson River
"Spider-Man" leap "Sex and the City" Miranda and her husband reunited on the bridge
"Smell the woman", "New York, I love you", "Godfather" seems to be a business card in the New York framing movie
It is like the San Francisco Golden Gate Bridge from the Brooklyn Bridge into New York. Film-like ritual
Take a walk to the Brooklyn Bridge
Brooklyn Bridge - this bridge connecting Manhattan and Brooklyn in the "Scent of Women", "Godzilla", "Love you through time and space" and many other films Appeared, and recently seen it in the movie "Spiderman: Parallel Universe" several times. It took more than ten years to build before it was officially used in 1883, and it was a great project at the time.
Whether you come to New York several times, you will think about taking a walk on the Brooklyn Bridge. The bridge is always bustling with people, overlooking the Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty. Waiting for the sunset, or watching the bridge at night, is the iconic beauty of New York.
By the way, the bridge on the poster of "America's Past" is the Manhattan Bridge, not the Brooklyn Bridge next to it.
At sunset, strolling through the Brooklyn Bridge...
is really the feeling of looking at the sky with different colors every minute.
Whether you are here for the first time in New York or staying here, as if you were not on the Great Wall, the Brooklyn Bridge, one of the oldest suspension bridges in the United States, has become a custom or tradition. The suspension bridge, built in 1869, spans the East River and connects Manhattan and Brooklyn. It has been photographed numerous times, and the heroic position of the heroes has attracted the attention of the world. It has become the crowning touch of New York's most beautiful skyline. The Brooklyn Bridge not only offers 360-degree views of the cosmopolitan of New York, but the surrounding authentic cuisine is definitely not to be missed.
1883 The Brooklyn Bridge was completed. It was the longest suspension bridge in the world and the first suspension bridge made of steel. This was epoch-making more than 130 years ago. Until today, when people walked on the suspension bridge and looked at the arched stone pillar door connected with the indestructible iron rope, it would still be convinced by its magnificent momentum.
In 1964, the Brooklyn Bridge became a national historic landmark in the United States.
The very historic Brooklyn Bridge. As a fan of photography, I have different thoughts about this classic yet elegant bridge. The charisma of that classic style has really caught my eye. It’s very unique, very different and more accurately, it is much more than just a bridge, but is instead a glorious structure in the city of New York. As such once I arrive in New York I came here right away. From what I can see, even though the sight is solemn, it looks warmly familiar because I have been thinking so much about it. Just as I’d imagined, it sits solemnly atop the river. Its 100 plus years of history has given it just the finest American touch of elegance. A heavy set bridge, stable and full of stories to tell, we see how time has brushed her gentle hand on this structure. The magic of this construction is like an old book; every paragraph you read is the finest of treasures.
New York’s Brooklyn Bridge was built in 1883, criss-crossing New York’s East River, connecting Brooklyn and Manhattan Island. It used to be the world’s longest suspension bridge and was the first bridge in the world to use steel in its construction. It was generally referred to as one of the 7 construction wonders of the world in the Industrial Revolution.
