The biggest event in Japan this year [Osaka EXPO!!]🎪
This is the first EXPO held in Japan since the 1970s!!
I was so curious that I decided to go with my wife in July!
As expected, the crowds were huge, and the scale was equally impressive.
There were so many pavilions and booths that I could only enter that even after purchasing a ticket for the most popular ones, I had to make additional reservations or apply for a spot. This time, I visited the Japan Pavilion, Iida University, and various pavilions planned by Japanese companies like Pasona.
I also visited pavilions from countries like Cambodia, Latvia, Bangladesh, and Egypt.
The European pavilion was incredibly popular. I also enjoyed the fact that many of the smaller pavilions didn't require reservations!
For food, I had meat pies and sausages at the restaurant in the Serbia Pavilion. The prices were surprisingly reasonable, and the food was satisfying!
My personal favorite was the Blue Ocean Dome. On an ancient round screen, I was able to watch an animation that artistically depicted the damage caused by plastic and trash dumped into our oceans and the suffering suffered by animals.
This massive and endlessly entertaining event, where you can experience the charms of each country and Japan's cutting-edge technology, is highly recommended if you have the opportunity to visit Japan before October!

Enjoying Osaka Expo 2025 Night Admission in Just 2 Hours!
I visited the Osaka Expo during its opening week in April. At that time, I had a 10 AM reservation, but due to long lines, I waited for about an hour and entered at 11 AM. I spent around 3 hours enjoying the daytime experience until I left at 2 PM.
I was so satisfied with the experience that I wanted to visit again at night. So, I booked a night ticket for late June and revisited the expo. Night admission is available from 5 PM to 9 PM, and I arrived around 7 PM. I also chose a hotel close to the expo venue.
The hotel shuttle took me to Cosmosquare Station, right in front of the expo. Entering at 7 PM was seamless, with no lines at all. I visited the Wind Area, where many Japanese companies were showcased, and the Atom Pavilion, both of which required only about 7 minutes of waiting.
Even the official souvenir shop, which seemed daunting during the day, was easy to enter after 8 PM without any lines. I spent 5,000 yen on Hello Kitty merchandise but didn’t end up buying anything from the Atom Pavilion.
The highlight of the visit was taking stunning night photos. At 9 PM, I left for Yumeshima Station. The journey back to the hotel involved three transfers. Even with just 2 hours, I was able to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the expo. Thank you!

Expo Osaka 2025🫶🏻
The Expo honestly was a lot better than I thought it would be! Although I would definitely recommend buying a pass as some of the exhibitions are only available for people with certain ticket types. It’s also very hot in Osaka right now so I recommend bringing water and a fan as you maybe be waiting in lines for a while. This may be a biased opinion but I think the UK Pavillion was the best that I had visited. 10/10 experience! #japan #osaka #expo2025 #expo2025osaka

Meet Bhutan in Osaka: Enter the colorful and sacred oriental secrets! 🌸⛩️
Passing through the hustle and bustle of the Expo, we came to the Bhutan exhibition in Common A Hall, as if we had traveled to the quiet country at the foot of the Himalayas in a second. The exhibition hall focuses on the most representative temple architecture. Whether it is the brightly painted roof or the layered window lattice carvings, they are all amazing.
📸 Must-check in! The traditional Bhutanese temple model displayed in the center is full of details and colorful, and is a popular photo hotspot. Whether standing in front of the temple for a group photo or capturing the details of the carvings, you can capture a strong exotic atmosphere.
The museum also introduces Bhutan’s religious beliefs, culture and art, as well as their proud "Gross National Happiness (GNH)" concept. From the murals, costumes, and Buddhist instruments, you can feel the awe of the people of this small country for faith and nature.
🧘♀️This is not only a good place to take pictures, but also a spiritual journey. When I walked out of the exhibition hall, it seemed that even my steps became lighter.

2025 Osaka Expo|The appearance of null2 Pavilion is very eye-catching! The interactive experience is interesting but the process can be optimized
When I came to Expo 2025 Osaka, one of the most eye-catching pavilions was the null2 pavilion! I was attracted by its futuristic appearance from a distance. It was like a giant installation art shining in the sun. It was really suitable for taking a lot of photos📸
The main theme of the pavilion is interactive experience. It uses a lot of sensing and imaging technology to integrate art and technology very creatively. Each area can participate in the exhibition content through action, sound, light and shadow. It is not just a simple exhibition, but an immersive visual journey.
The theme of the pavilion is the concept of bionic man and interactive technology. The design is very avant-garde and the content is quite interesting. However, after this experience, I feel that there is still room for improvement in the use process of the device. For example, the operation guidance is not clear enough. If the process can be smoother, the experience will be better~
In addition, this pavilion is very popular, and it is not easy to grab tickets on the day. It is strongly recommended to make an appointment in advance, otherwise you may only be able to take photos outside and leave.

📍A country that crosses deserts and ancient cities——Mali 🇲🇱🌍
When you come to the Mali Pavilion at the Expo, you will enter the cradle of West African civilization in one second. This is not just an exhibition hall, but more like a three-dimensional illustrated guide of history and culture. From old photos of the ancient city of Timbuktu to colorful ethnic costumes and jewelry, every corner contains rich stories.
The center of the pavilion takes "Mali's independence in 1960" as the starting point, showing how this country has moved from a historical empire to a modern country. The brick and mud buildings of the Sankore Mosque and the Djenné Mosque are displayed on the wall, showing Mali's unique African Islamic architectural aesthetics.
In the handicraft area, the wall is full of Dogon Masks, silverware, weaving and dyeing techniques, which are dazzling. There is also a corner playing a short film on the wind power development plan, telling how "Future Mali" will move towards green and sustainable energy. Finally, don’t miss the traditional wooden xylophone and musical instrument booth, as if you can hear the music from Africa🎵.
This pavilion makes people reflect on how a country can embrace the modern and the future while maintaining its cultural roots.

🍃Enter the mysterious kingdom of tropical forests|Experience at the Equatorial Guinea Pavilion🌴
As soon as you step into the Equatorial Guinea Pavilion, you will be instantly surrounded by the strong African tropical atmosphere🌍. The giant LED screen plays the picture of the blue ocean and the fish swimming leisurely, as if you are instantly in the sea on the west coast of Africa🐟. The surrounding wood carvings show the soul of African culture, some abstract, some mysterious, full of the power and emotion of handicrafts✋🪵.
I especially recommend you to see the "Sacred Tree" with a high golden crown✨, which symbolizes the eternity of peace and nature. It is definitely the most eye-catching installation in the pavilion!
There is also the super giant Equatorial Guinea avocado🥑, which is five times larger than the common Japanese avocado! And it is said that it tastes super dense and fragrant, and can also be squeezed for health purposes.
The last portrait wearing a "straw battle robe" is also impressive, conveying the traditional rituals and spiritual culture of the local tribe👺.
🔖If you want to experience the beauty of nature, traditional culture and Africa at once, the Equatorial Guinea Pavilion is definitely worth a visit!

🇴🇲【阿曼館 Sultanate of Oman Pavilion|EXPO 2025 Osaka】
The exterior of the Oman Pavilion welcomes guests with a bright red wave shape, symbolizing natural terrain and sand dunes. Passing through the outer wall, a mysterious water journey quietly unfolds...
The entire pavilion takes "water" as the core theme, and with light and shadow, projection and mirror reflection, Oman's nature and humanity are presented through visual poetry. The Arabic, Japanese and English on the wall simultaneously lead visitors to think: "Where does the connection between people and water come from? What is our origin with this land?"
The most amazing thing in the exhibition area is the immersive space that simulates the wonders of the seabed, as if walking into a water dream. The artistic sense is full, and the viewing rhythm is just right. You don't need to stay for a long time, but you can leave a deep impression.
📍It is recommended to arrange to enter in the morning for a more comfortable time, and the peripheral design is also very suitable for taking photos and checking in!

📍Polish Pavilion|EXPO 2025 Osaka Kansai, Japan
The Polish Pavilion, made of wood, has an artistic exterior that looks like weaving. The interior combines plants, fragrances, geometric designs and interactive technology, exuding a calm and healing atmosphere🌿✨.
Once you enter the pavilion, you will be surrounded by soft light and natural elements:
🔹 Use your fingers to choose your own plant spirit and embark on a sensory journey.
🔹 The glass specimen wall that records the changes of plants in four seasons is full of poetry🌸🍂.
🔹 There is also a small theater and piano space on the top exhibition area, where performances will take place from time to time, and the atmosphere is like being in an art museum🎼.
The design is delicate and the pace is slow. It is a place where you can walk slowly and feel slowly. It is especially suitable for friends who like the combination of static aesthetics and natural culture🧘♀️🌍.
📌The guided tour takes about 15 minutes. No reservation is required. It is suitable for arranging time to enter the pavilion at will.

🌊 2025 Osaka・Kansai Expo|Visiting the Blue Ocean Dome 🐚
📍Location: Yumeshima (Osaka, Kansai Expo)
🏛 Pavilion name: Blue Ocean Dome
Among the many pavilions at Yumeshima Expo, the "Blue Ocean Dome" has become a hot spot for checking in with its pure white streamline shape and water reflection. The dome-shaped building envelops the immersive exhibition space, guiding visitors to experience the miracles and crises of the ocean with visual, sound and interactive water installations.
As soon as you enter the exhibition hall, the first thing that catches your eye is a series of art installations that simulate the flow of water. Water slowly pours between different white platforms, just like the rhythm of ocean tides between land, and every drop of water is part of the earth's life cycle.
Then enter the main exhibition area, and the large-scale circular stereoscopic projection show of "Blue Planet" makes a shocking appearance. Through ultra-clear surround images, it shows the earth's ocean coverage, marine garbage problems, sea level rise and coral bleaching under climate change, making people feel that "the invisible ocean is speaking."
The last highlight of the exhibition hall is the "Symbiotic Ocean Chart Model Area", which depicts the linkage and fragility of the global marine ecosystem through transparent water flow and interactive maps, and also calls on humans to protect marine resources from personal actions.
🔹 Impressions of the exhibition:
"Blue Ocean Dome" is not only a beautiful building, but also a call for the soul and environmental protection. The design of the hall perfectly combines technology and art, and the exhibition content is entertaining and educational, suitable for children and adults to explore the mysteries of the ocean together.

The Serene Beauty of Czechia: Step into the Czech Pavilion at Expo 2025
Within a structure interwoven with transparent glass and natural wood, the Czech Pavilion offers a unique spatial experience where technology and art coexist harmoniously.
From its exterior design, one can sense Czechia's pursuit of balance between nature and modernity. Inside, flowing lines and layered light and shadow create a tranquil and contemplative atmosphere. Walking along the luminous corridor into the pavilion feels like entering a minimalist art sanctuary.
Suspended art installations combine mechanics and plants, symbolizing the dialogue between nature and technology. Water-drop-shaped glass ornaments sway gently, showcasing Czechia's renowned glass craftsmanship. Intricate sculptures invite visitors to pause and admire their details.
The Czech Pavilion eschews loud sound and light shows, instead embracing serenity and texture to invite every traveler to slow down and rediscover the connection between people and space.
