Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious - from the cordia greens to their crispy egg tofu dish, their fried glass noodles, and who would have thought that egg yolk and mapo tofu would be a great combination. Every bite was a highlight. The dishes were well-balanced, the ingredients were very fresh, and the portion sizes were quite generous. My kids especially loved their matcha parfait. The overall dining environment, seating arrangement, service and atmosphere are excellent. The food is mainly Taiwanese cuisine, with moderate taste (I personally think it's a bit sweet) and just the right portion. You can prepare your own wine (a corkage fee is required) or order wine from the restaurant to go with your meal. The store owner is very attentive in preparing different wine tasting glasses! Fujin Tree Taiwanese Cuisine and Champagne creates an exquisite, comfortable and relaxing environment, combining Taiwanese cuisine with champagne and French dining style to create a leisurely atmosphere, allowing people to slowly savor Taiwanese cuisine. This time when I came to the Dunbei store, as soon as I entered the restaurant, I saw large floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light, and a plant art installation created by plant installation artist Li Ji that resembled the concept of Taiwan's mountains, combining sunlight and greenery. It was my first time here, so I ordered the signature dishes and pre-ordered the "Pomfret Rice Noodles" and "Braised Crab Meat Lion Head". The soups of these two dishes are delicious, the ingredients are substantial, and the taro cubes in the rice noodles are soft and quite tasty. The service staff will considerately pack it into small bowls. I also ordered "Stir-fried Wax Apple with Seasonal Wild Vegetables" - it was the first time I had eaten it this way, with the wax apple being added to the dish and the wild vegetables being stir-fried over high heat with ginger.
