[Tokyo Hotel Recommendation] Hotels in the Sensoji Business District with a per capita rate of less than 200 per night
#Japanese and Korean urban hotels
How much do you think a hotel with a view of Tokyo Skytree, within walking distance to Sensoji Temple, with 3 subway stations nearby and access to Shinjuku Ginza Airport without having to change lines would cost? Thousand dollars a night? No! In fact, it only costs less than 200 yuan per person. I highly recommend this hotel I stayed in Tokyo two weeks ago:
✨Henn na Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Tawaramachi ✨
【Henn na Hotel Tokyo Asakusa Tawaramachi】
📍Geographical location:
Address: Kotobuki 3-19-8, Taito, Tokyo
Transportation: There are 3 subway stations nearby: Tahara, Kuramae, and Asakusa
A 4-minute walk to Tawaramachi Subway Station, where you can take the Ginza Line
A 5-minute walk to Kuramae Subway Station, where you can take the Toei Oedo Line
It is a 10-minute walk to Asakusa Subway Station, where you can take the Keisei Line or Toei Asakusa Line to Narita Airport or Haneda Airport. I have personally tested that taking the Narita Express, you can reach the airport in 1 hour.
These subway lines can directly reach Ginza, Shinjuku, Tsukiji Market, Akabanebashi (where you can take photos of Tokyo Tower) and other must-visit places in the city without having to change lines.
Surrounding attractions: There is an observation deck on the top floor of the hotel, where you can see the Skytree, and it is a 15-minute walk to Sensō-ji Temple.
Surrounding facilities: There is a Family Mart convenience store downstairs, a 7-11 opposite, Lawson 2 steps away, and a 5-minute walk to the road near Sensoji Temple, where there are many restaurants.
🏨Hotel Facilities:
1⃣️All disposable items are available at the elevator entrance for free use, and there are even bathrobes available.
2⃣️There are self-service beverage vending machines and free ice machines. You can use its free disposable cups to make ice for free in the ice machine, and you can enjoy iced beer and iced cola in the hotel room at night.
3⃣️There is a free observation deck on the top floor of the hotel. You can see the Skytree as soon as you go out. There is also a sofa on the top floor where you can chat and drink with friends while sightseeing in the breeze.
4⃣️There is a self-service luggage storage machine in the hotel lobby, which is also fully self-service. One machine can lock several luggages and there is no need to pay by piece. When it is time to check out, you can store your luggage in the lobby first.
✨Other reasons for recommendation:
1⃣️Super cost-effective
I stayed in an ordinary twin room, which cost HK$1,841 for 5 days in mid-September, with an average daily cost of HK$368.2, which is just under HK$200 per person. However, the facilities inside the hotel are better than many hotels that cost only HK$500 or HK$600!
2⃣️ Fully self-service check-in and check-out
There are no staff at the front desk, only a few machines. There are a few virtual images of Japanese samurai on the screen, playing voice messages to welcome you. The hotel's check-in and check-out machines support Chinese, so it's no problem if you don't know Japanese. You can easily complete check-in and check-out by following the Chinese instructions. There is no need to communicate with foreign waiters. It is socially anxious friendly!
