They are baked just right, not overcooked, and the texture is creamy with a delicious oyster flavor. 🤤 · 2️⃣ Chef's recommended salad 3️⃣ Daily selected soup 4️⃣ Salmon roe, soft shell crab and crab meat risotto The risotto is cooked perfectly, with each grain distinct and not mushy.
