The interior is so stylish that you wonder if they really serve Korean food. What I ordered... Seafood Sundubu Set Meal (1,210 yen) The bowl is Goal and has a luxurious feel. You can put an egg in the Sundubu, or you can make your own fried egg. The Sundubu is spicy and authentic, and it's delicious. I was surprised that it had a lot of clams in it. (Apparently it depends on the time) It had a good taste that brought out the umami of the shellfish, and I felt the restaurant's commitment to not using any chemical seasonings. It's the perfect place for eating while walking around. ✎What I ate... ・Buckwheat vegetable roll (200 yen) 🍊It's called Jeju's "Bindeok" and I've never tried it before, so I gave it a try. It's said to be eaten on special occasions. The buckwheat dough is filled with radish namul. It's lightly flavored and very simple. It's made from buckwheat, so it seems healthy. They also have red beans, which I'd like to try. At Norichan, they will roll up chijimi for you to eat while walking around, and their yangnyeong chicken is delicious. And they also have piping hotteok and seoltantteok. They cook it on the spot, so just watching it makes you want to eat.
