Pai Travel: From Cliff Noodles to Vintage Cafes! Discover Hidden Hotspots.
Pai is a small village on the outskirts of Chiang Mai, Thailand. The journey involves 762 curves, but it's worth it once you arrive. I had three bowls of rice noodles at a restaurant famous for its cliffside noodles. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while taking in the picturesque scenery. The charm of Pai lies in exploring its culinary delights. I had chicken rice and Thai-style beef soup at James' place. At night, I enjoyed a mango smoothie on Traveler Street. During the day, I spent time at a vintage-themed cafe and tasted a banh mi sandwich. I found solace at a temple with a panoramic view of Pai. To fully enjoy Pai, it's best to rent a motorbike. There's also the fun of discovering hidden hotspots.
Tips
* Motorbike rental is a must: You can freely explore Pai's town and nature.
* Highly recommend mango smoothie: Be sure to try it on Traveler Street.
* Visit the cliff noodles during the day: You can enjoy a meal with a stunning view.
* Banh mi sandwich: Enjoy it at a local recommended eatery.

Take a super chill walk at the walking street in Pai, Mae Hong Son
On a Saturday evening during the winter season, the walking street in Pai is quite lively. When we visited at the end of November, we started to see more and more foreigners, almost as many as Thai tourists.
The atmosphere of the walking street in Pai is very charming. Most of the houses around are still made of wood. There are many food stalls, both local and general food. As for the menu that you must not miss, you must try it, which is the sesame rice crackers, a local dessert of Pai. It is chewy and sweet. It is quite delicious.
There are also many souvenirs and products. Overall, I must say that this is a very charming walking street that is worth a walk.

Various handmade crafts, incense, jewelry, etc. The prices are not expensive. There are also musical performances every night. It is a good place to travel in Pai County.
