The business hours of the amusement park are mainly based on the on-site announcement. (If there are any temporary changes, they will be announced on the official website)
To ensure the safety of tourists, E-DA Theme Park schedules maintenance and inspection of facilities every day.
Tickets include entertainment tax, but do not include paid facilities (paid facilities: coin-operated machines) and rental items. Unless otherwise specified by law, tickets sold will not be refunded and will not be reissued if lost.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by their parents to enter the park (including those who purchase annual passes). For safety reasons, the park's facilities limit children to children over 90 cm in height. If you have heart disease, are pregnant, have high blood pressure, drink alcohol, weigh more than 90 kg or are unwell, please ride some of the exciting rides according to the restrictions.
Please keep your belongings safe. There are small coin-operated lockers in the park for visitors to store their belongings. The park is not responsible for any storage.
Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas of the park. It is strictly prohibited to bring dangerous goods, alcoholic beverages, bicycles, scooters, pets and large photographic equipment such as BETA-CAM, S-VHS, 35cm large cameras, 35cm large cameras, 4X5 bellows large photographic equipment and remote-controlled drones into the park.
(Remote-controlled drones refer to all types covered by Article 3 of the "Remote-controlled Drone Management Regulations" of the Civil Aviation Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications)
The park is located in a mountainous area, not a flat terrain. For the safety of visitors, only wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, and baby strollers (with seat belts and brakes) are allowed into the park.
In order to maintain the quality of the park and the safety of tourists, when the number of tourists in the park reaches the full load standard, flow control will be implemented and the park will be closed to the public (including those with tickets) temporarily.
For your safety, please comply with the rules for the use of various facilities, and children must be accompanied by an adult when riding.
Visitors who have already entered the park can have their arms stamped with a "re-entry stamp" by service staff at the exit, and they can re-enter the park on the same day.
If you buy discount tickets, please bring supporting documents to facilitate staff verification and avoid loss of your rights.
Some facilities in the park may splash your clothes, so please bring your own raincoat or change of clothes.
In order to avoid disrupting the joyful atmosphere of the tourists’ visit, no broadcast missing person service is provided in the park.
Please note that some rides or activities may be temporarily cancelled due to weather or other force majeure factors (facility opening is subject to on-site announcements). Please consider your willingness to purchase tickets. If you encounter doubts about temporary changes due to the park after purchasing tickets and need compensation, please contact the customer service center.
The E-DA Ferris Wheel is an additional complimentary item. If the Ferris Wheel is temporarily suspended or undergoing maintenance, no additional compensation or refund will be provided. (Pregnant women, people who have been drinking, or people who are unwell are not allowed to ride)
No filming for profit (including profit-making live broadcasts, video/photo shooting) is allowed during the entire visit to the park.
Pets are not allowed in this park. To prevent pets from getting lost and to maintain the safety of the park, please leave your pet in the pet room. The Visitor Service Center only provides storage services. Please bring your own pet food.
