I went to see the cherry blossoms at Asakusa Shrine, so I'll share it with you 📍 Asakusa Shrine (Sansha-sama) 📍 2-3-1 Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo → 5 minutes walk from A4 exit of Asakusa Station on the Toei Asakusa Line Asakusa Shrine is famous for Sansha-sama Yes, it's the shrine where the Sansha Festival is held every year in May Sansha-sama is said to come from the fact that the three people who worshiped the sacred Kannon Bodhisattva, the object of worship at Sensoji Temple, are the deities! Asakusa Shrine is next to Sensoji Temple, so I recommend visiting it in conjunction with Sensoji Temple! The cherry blossoms were just blooming, and the collaboration with Sensoji Temple was amazing! In Tokyo, Mamemaki events were held in various places, and since Asakusa is the largest shrine in Tokyo, many famous people participated in the event! When it comes to Tokyo, Asakusa is the number one travel destination! 20 minutes away from Ueno, there is a traditional Japanese craft street and, above all, Akakusa Sensoji Temple, making it the number one travel destination in Tokyo for travelers from all over the world.
