The curtains literally fell down as soon as I tried to close them. They fixed the issue up pretty quickly but I’m surprised nobody noticed them barely holding up in the first place. The issue was fixed pretty quickly by staff though. Pillows are too tall and the door and the landline have lights that turn on for very extended periods on occasion. Other than that, my stay was fine. A bit on the pricey side considering the amenities are somewhat minimal.

I was genuinely touched that they even offered porridge for breakfast! It felt so authentic and was a lifesaver for my 'Chinese stomach'. Dinner also featured comforting options like white rice and fried noodles, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Plus, getting to the theme park and other attractions was incredibly convenient.

The hotel is right next to the Warner Brothers so can be considered as a cheaper alternative of the WB hotel, but the quality is well above my expectation. We have got a free upgrade to a family room, which is very spacious for our family of 3. We have a good time here.

I would like to commend the staff at Grand Hyatt Dubai for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, the warm and friendly welcome made me feel at home. The professionalism and flexibility of the staff left a very positive impression on me. The view and comfort of the room were pleasantly surprising, with an unbeatable view of the sea and ample space that made it very comfortable! Location is Additionally, I have a small suggestion regarding the hotel’s takeout service. Currently, guests need to go to the lobby to collect their orders, which can be inconvenient after a long day or during a quiet night. I would recommend considering the introduction of delivery robots to bring takeout directly to guests’ rooms. Love this hotel very much!!

This is my second time stayed in here.And also I am planning to extend more night.Very cool place and felt like home.

The location felt like a business district. The two-bedroom unit was perfect for a family trip. Although not overly spacious, the kitchen, equipped with a fridge, microwave, and even plates, was extremely convenient. There are convenience stores and Chinese restaurants in the vicinity. The breakfast timing was a bit odd though – we had to leave by 8:30 AM, but the hotel's brunch service was from 9 AM to 3 PM. We had to call the restaurant to pick out some breakfast items and arrange a specific time for them to be delivered to our room. The portions were so generous we couldn't finish it all. They also sent a complimentary box of pastries in the evening.

we had a great day. The desert scenery was great. The service of the hotel was also excellent, supervisor Parshabth provided us with excellent service in the hot summer, and the chef Pawan prepared a delicious breakfast, which was carefully paired with delicious food for my kid.

The location is good because it is right next to the Abu Dhabi main bus terminal. It is not the latest facility, but it is well managed and the room is large. The staff is very friendly. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and drum washing machine. There is a large shopping mall right behind it. I would like to visit again.

First of all it has to be said, that we had a very pleasant welcoming! The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff is very friendly and we really enjoyed the pool area. We also added breakfast at check-in and got a discount for it which we appreciated!
