Hotels With Parking in Samut Prakan Province, Thailand

My third time staying at this hotel. Good location, close to the airport. Room is spacious. However, this stay is not so good, there’s no hot water for bath or shower. Called the operator twice and no one came to the room for checking. Before checking out, I finally went to the other room and told a cleaner to my room. I told her the problem. I also went to the front desk and reflected that!! I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager was out of the hotel for the entire day. I told her that the room needs repair with hot water before allocating to the next customer. She also said sorry. Overall, poor service and the amenities needs upgrading. Hot water is basic requirement for any hotel. Other than that, all is as expected.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Suavarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

The hotel is a closed one with a private entrance and yard, which gives a good sense of security. The big umbrella in the middle of the hotel is very impressive, and the fountain and swimming pool are very beautiful. The room is clean and spacious, and the buffet breakfast tastes good with a lot of dishes. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The area nearby is also quite lively, with a small market, many supermarkets and restaurants, and street food, making shopping very convenient.

The hotel's location is more than 20 minutes away from the airport. It is large in size, has complete supporting facilities, the room is clean, and the breakfast buffet is filling. It is very cost-effective for the same price. The check-in and check-out procedures are convenient, simple and fast, thumbs up

Not very impressed by the management of the hotel. I was looking for the swimming pool (since nothing is explained upon check in) and the receptionist told me it was in the Thai garden. I was just back from the Thai garden, and told her there must be a mistake because there was no swimming pool in the garden. She simply replied that I had to look better because the pool was there. Turns out there are two separate Thai gardens, and I had been in the wrong Thai garden that had no swimming pool. The receptionist could have explained that instead of treating me with condescendence. Furthermore, it took us a good 10 minutes to check out, because there is just one queue at the reception for both check in and check out. First time I have to wait so long to check out, and in an airport hotel where people are in a hurry it feels unprofessional. There also seems to be no direct access to the airport (but they provide an efficient shuttle service) and it is not easy to get out so you do feel a bit stuck in there

THE RECOMMENDED HOTEL! The room and overall hotel area is clean and well-organized. The service from the reception is really impressive. The hotel has nice location nearly the 7-11, Mini BigC, and Lotus. The hotel is fulfilled with cleanliness, emphatic staffs and comfort accommodation. Really impressed !

The service is very good. The room is clean and the price is not expensive. I like it very much. I will come back every time I come to work.

The hotel's view is great. Spa and massage service is popular, so you will need ro book in advance. Shuttle bus runs every 1.5 hours between the BKK airport and the hotel. It is about 30 minutes to the airport. From the airport, you can take the Airport rail link to the major tourist places. Or you could stay in the hotel to relax.

It is very neat hotel, staff is very polite and friendly. Location is good, though little bit far from BTS there is a free shuttle to BTS so you don't have to worry. Overall 10/10, I will stay here again. Thank you! 😃🙏

Very well furnished, room is clean, and with care organised. It is ideal for a long stay since it has everything you might need, even a small kitchen sink. The only downside is hotel location, a bit far from residential area and next to the road. In the evening it is quiet but during the day you hear the cars. I strongly recommend this place.
