The food was another highlight—everything was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was simply amazing and clearly prepared with care. One thing that really stood out was the flexibility and willingness to help guests. Even though Trip.com states that reservations cannot be changed, the pousada was accommodating and helped make adjustments when needed, which shows their commitment to great service. We recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel in Vitória, ES for a romantic getaway. As a couple with a bit of an age difference (I’m 21 and my boyfriend is 45), we’re always looking for a mix of fun, comfort, and sophistication—and this hotel mostly delivered! Positives: The location is fantastic! Right by the beach with beautiful ocean views from our room. My boyfriend especially appreciated the calm, elegant vibe of the hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive—lots of variety, fresh fruits, and delicious pastries. I loved the pool area! Great spot to relax and get some sun. Room: The room was spacious and modern, with a comfy bed and a lovely balcony. However, we did notice that some areas looked a bit outdated for a Sheraton standard. My boyfriend travels a lot for work and expected a little more in terms of maintenance. Service: Staff was friendly and attentive, but there were a few hiccups. Check-in was slower than expected, and we had an issue with our room key not working one night. However, they resolved it quickly. We also appreciated the concierge’s local recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall Experience: We enjoyed our stay, but there’s room for improvement. It’s a great choice for couples looking for a mix of relaxation and city vibes. My boyfriend found it a bit pricey for what was offered, but for me, it was worth it for the view and the pool! Would we come back? Probably, but we’d love to see a few upgrades to make it feel more luxurious. Recommendation: Ideal for couples looking for a peaceful stay in Vitória, but if you’re after a super high-end experience, there’s a bit of room to grow.

The hotel is well located, near everything and mainly the beach. The service is excellent, the room is perfect. I just leave my criticism of parking that is a little confused and tight and breakfast that could have more options.

The hotel is well located and has excellent facilities, with renovated rooms, spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is complete (a wide variety of drinks) and, as a courtesy, there was sparkling wine and flavored water in the afternoon at the reception. The rooms with a view of the bridge with Vila Velha are charming and stand out. However, the cleaning left something to be desired. We spent Friday through Sunday without our room being cleaned because the cleaning on Saturday was late (we left in the morning and, when we returned, it had not been done). The person in charge even volunteered to do it, but it would have been uncomfortable with us in the room and we decided to leave it as it was. In any case, a positive review, classified as ”good-excellent”.

Hostel is very clean and well kept. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast included! Easy to meet other travelers and hangout! I made some friends while staying here and have gone out on adventures with them. The receptionist Lucas and the owner Wilson are extremely nice and kind! Great location, close to everything. I stayed here about 2 months ago and came back again to stay here again while visiting some friends! It’s felt more like a little home/family! 100% recommended!

My stay was for a couple. We arrived in the room and there was a blanket that was basically a single blanket and 2 very low pillows that looked like they could only fit one person. I called to ask for another pillow and they told me they didn't have any more. As a result, I didn't sleep very well. The service was very good, the hotel was well located and clean. The only thing that left something to be desired was this detail.
