The halloumi sandwich was solid—crispy bread, good kick from the sauce. Service friendly enough.

The salmon burger was decent, sweet potato fries were good. Bun tasted fresh, fish cooked fine. Could use a bit more salt though.

The pork knuckle was crispy on the outside, tender inside. Best thing I ate all week. Place was packed but the food came quick enough.

Lovely little café with all these vintage coffee machines around—really cool to look at while sipping. My cappuccino was smooth, no bitterness. Staff let me take my time choosing a seat by the window. Only thing: it got a bit busy later, but still relaxing. Nice place to just sit and unwind.

The chocolate soufflé was rich and satisfying, though a bit heavy on its own. The cappuccino was average. The prices are on the higher side, but the location and view make it a decent stop.

Stopped by for a quick bite on Sunday. Place was packed but I still got my food fast. The mix breakfast did the job — solid portions, nothing fancy. Staff kept up well despite the crowd. Good spot if you're in Ehrenfeld and need something quick without the hassle.

Been coming here for a while now. The Espresso Tonic is still the best in town, no question. I usually grab one with the veggie lunch option, which is always solid. Place gets a bit busy around noon, but that's fine. Just a reliable spot when I need a quick bite and a decent coffee.

The rösti is the star here. They even do a vegan version, which I appreciated. Sat at the higher table with a view of the street terrace—probably nice in summer too. Smoothie and coffee were both on point. Quick service, no fuss. Solid spot for a lunch break.

The pancakes were fluffy, you could tell they actually cared. Service stayed friendly even when the place got packed on Saturday.

Nice spot on Schillplatz, the outdoor seating is lovely. Wiener Schnitzel was solid, service friendly. Dessert ice cream fell a bit flat though.

Nice little spot for a coffee break. Cappuccino was solid, and the prices felt fair for the area. Could use a proper wine list though, would've stayed longer.

Stumbled on this place while walking through the park. Quiet spot, good for a quick beer if you're nearby. The selection is decent, but prices are a bit steep for what it is. Service was fast enough, no complaints there. Fine if you're already in the area and need a break.

Cozy spot, and the banana bread came warm—that was the best part. Staff were nice about explaining the cash-only thing. Just wish the seating area was a bit more comfortable.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon, place was packed. Took a while to get served, but the coffee made up for it. Had a slice of their cake too, pretty solid. Fresh ingredients, you can taste it. Ehrenfeld spot, easy to miss from outside but worth finding. Might try a weekday next time, quieter I bet.

Stopped here after a hike and the food hit the spot. Portions were decent for the price, though not huge. Staff was friendly enough. Solid stop if you're in the area.

Came for the Sunday brunch. The New York Club Sandwich was the highlight for me—fresh bread, good layers, not too heavy. Menu rotates often, so I can see coming back to try something else. Only thing: it got a bit busy around noon, but that's fine. Solid spot for a relaxed meal.

The breakfast spread was solid — fresh bread and the scrambled eggs were done just right. Portions are generous too. Service is friendly but they do get swamped around 10am, so expect a little wait. Outdoor seating’s nice when the weather cooperates. 🌤️

Stopped by for a quick bite before my train and grabbed a sandwich + a pastry. Bread was fresh, lots of options to choose from. Place gets busy but the line moves fast. Perfect if you're in a rush and need something decent. 😊

Came here for coffee and a slice of cherry-chocolate cake – both were solid. The vibe is what got me though. Super chill, low-key decor, staff actually nice. Felt like hanging at a friend's place. Good spot to bring a couple people for a slow afternoon. Just wish the cake slice was a bit bigger 😅

The ricotta omelette was a solid pick—fluffy, not too heavy. Coffee surprised me though, really good. Nice spot to sit and wake up slowly. Maybe a tiny bit slow on service, but I wasn't in a rush. Would come back for that coffee alone. ☕

Stopped by the V8 Hotel restaurant for dinner. Cool motorsport theme throughout, fits the place. Food was decent, but portions lean small for what you pay. Service took a while to get going, though it picked up later. Fine if you're staying here and don't want to leave the property.

The brisket and ribs came out with that perfect smoke ring, still juicy in the middle. I ordered a glass of their bold red to go with it — matched the fatty edges really well. Place was busy for a Tuesday, but the meat made up for it. Already thinking about when I can get back. The brisket and ribs came out with that perfect smoke ring, still juicy in the middle. Nice little breakfast place. Got busy around 9 but service held up fine. Their homemade pastries are the real deal, you can tell they make everything fresh. Coffee was decent too.

Tried the Streuseltaler here - super tasty and the staff got us in and out fast. Great spot for a quick catch-up with friends. 😊

Cozy little place, great vegan cakes—the pistachio one was a hit. Wish they had a wine to match, but the oat latte worked.

The Vital Plate salad was pretty big for the price, honestly. I got it for lunch and it held me over the whole afternoon. Greens were fresh, not sad and wilted like some places. They rotate the menu which keeps it interesting if you come often. Just wish they had more dressing on the side, but that's me being picky.

Solid schnitzel right on Alter Markt. Big portions. Service was fast but kinda rushed, place was packed.

Lovely little spot to sit outside with a coffee after shopping. The people-watching is great too. Just wish the outdoor seating had a bit more shade.
