Cozy little spot, been coming here for a while now. Owners actually remember you and chat a bit while you eat. That consistency keeps me coming back.

We were a group of 10 and honestly, that’s usually chaos. But here, all the food came out hot and at the same time. That never happens. Staff was nice about it too. Place is clean, which is always a plus. Solid spot if you’re planning a bigger hangout. 😊

The Chinese-Japanese concept is interesting, and the skewers were pretty good. But the dumplings let me down—the wrapper was too thick and chewy, and the dipping sauce had no real kick. Okay for a quick bar snack, though I'd expect more care if they're aiming for restaurant level.

Solid ramen near the fairgrounds. Miso one hit the spot. Staff gave out snacks to people waiting in line, which was a nice touch. Prices fair for the area. Nothing fancy but does the job.

The owner was super friendly and the couscous with cinnamon and dried fruit tasted properly homemade. Mint tea hit the spot after. Solid first Moroccan meal for me.

The menu is pretty big—Vietnamese and Japanese stuff all mixed together. I had the salmon sashimi, thick slices and tasted fresh. Portion size was solid for what you pay. Place was busy but we got our food quick enough. Nothing fancy, but it did the job for a casual dinner.

Walked in without a reservation and they still found us a table right away. Staff was super friendly, checked on us a couple times. Food came out hot and tasty. Only thing is the place got a bit loud later in the evening. But honestly, the service made it a nice night out.

Good hotpot buffet in Essen, lots of meat and veggies. Drinks included in the price. Seats were a bit cramped though.

The com ga here actually reminded me of Vietnam, not gonna lie. Chicken was tender, rice had that right fragrance. Place is small and family-run, kinda feels like you walked into someone's living room. Good for a casual catch-up with friends. Sesame balls were a nice little sweet ending too. Just wish they had more seating, we almost had to wait.

The almond fried chicken was a nice touch, and the beef bibimbap came loaded with sides. Portions are solid for the price. Heads up if you've got nut allergies though 😅
