The view really is the main reason to come here. We sat by the river and it was lovely, even though the food was just okay. Service felt a bit distracted that day, but honestly the scenery made up for it. I’d go back for the setting alone, maybe just for a drink next time.

A superb addition to the Madison Hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A good menu choice. Dishes were well presented and very tasty.

Came for dinner on a weekday, the place looks pretty plain from the outside but inside it’s actually quite cozy. Food was well plated and tasted fresh. Prices felt fair for the quality. Only thing—the chairs got a bit uncomfortable after an hour.

Stopped by for coffee and a slice of apple cake. Cake was solid, not too sweet, coffee did the job. Place is small but fine for a quick break. Staff was friendly enough. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but I didn't mind.

Coffee’s solid, croissants are probably the best I’ve had in Hamburg. Had a quiche too, tasty. Cakes looked good but a bit pricey for the size. Quick stop, no fuss. Fine for a fast bite if you’re nearby.

The cheesecake was properly creamy, not too sweet. Homemade lemonade hit the spot too. Place is small but cozy, good for a slow afternoon.

The schnitzel here was honestly the best I had in Hamburg. Got it with fried onions and mushrooms on top—definitely the right call. Portion was huge, I couldn’t even finish it. Kind of a random spot but perfect for a casual dinner with friends. Would come back just for that dish 😊

Decent spot right by the harbor. Burger was solid, fish cooked well. Service friendly but a bit slow. Terrace is nice though.

Stopped by for a quick bite around noon. Got the eggs benedict — solid, nothing crazy. Place was warm and relaxed, staff friendly enough. Not the fastest service but fine for a chill break. Would come back if I'm in the area and need a slow lunch.

This is a must in Hamburg - so good food and the service was outstanding !!!!!

The grilled salmon was fresh and flaky, exactly what I needed. Slightly pricey for the neighborhood, but the quality made up for it.

Great value for money with a creative menu! The wine selection is impressive and more affordable than nearby options, making it a perfect spot for a casual meal.

Been coming here for a while now. The hostess still remembers my order, and the food always tastes fresh. Cozy place to grab a relaxed dinner.

Coffee was solid, that’s what matters. Didn’t care much for the crowd or the vibe, but the cup did the job.

We really liked food and ambience. However life music part was soooo much 90th . The girl who sang was fantastic, but it just do not much... By the way, we allude breakfast there! Caviar is just fantastic. Absolutely recommend to spoil yourself!

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the quinoa bowl with grilled chicken. Solid portion, decent price for the area. Staff was efficient, no waiting around. Place is clean, which I appreciate. Not a destination spot, but if you're nearby and need something healthy, it does the job.

The waffles here are solid — the herbs in the dough make them taste a bit different, and it actually works with the savory stuff. I had one with cheese and it held up well, not soggy. Place was a bit cramped though, hard to find a comfortable spot if you're staying longer. Still, worth grabbing a quick bite.

Been coming here for a while now. The food stays consistent, which is honestly the main reason I keep returning. Last visit, the line was long but they handled it well, kept people informed. By the time we finished, it was even busier outside. Still worth it. Just wish they had a bit more seating inside.

Truffled pasta was €17 and honestly, the portion was on the smaller side. Pasta itself was fresh, decent flavor. Cake was good. Staff friendly enough. Fine for a quick lunch if you're in the area, but I wouldn't call it a bargain.

Stopped by for a late breakfast and grabbed a simit with my tea. Bread was still warm, nice chew to it. The Turkish tea hit the spot, honestly pairs better than coffee with something like that. Place was quiet enough to sit for a bit. Would've liked a bit more variety on the drink menu, but fine for what it is.

Great spot right by the station. Owner remembered us and threw in a chocolate for the ride. Solid food, quick stop.

Nice little bar. Music was good, staff friendly. Got a bit slow at the bar when it got crowded, but whatever. Solid spot for a drink.

The breakfast menu is a winner, especially the meat plate. Service was efficient and the atmosphere pleasant, making it a solid choice to start the day.

The pork knuckle was spot on. Crispy skin, tender inside, exactly what I wanted. The sauerkraut had a nice tang to it too. Didn't need anything else on the table. Portion was big enough that I skipped dessert. Just solid, honest food.

The breakfast spread is solid — salmon, pancakes, decent coffee. Room stayed quiet even when full, which I appreciated. Staff were friendly too.

Came here for breakfast and honestly didn’t expect much. But the food was fresh and the plate looked nice. Cozy little place to sit and have coffee. Not on Google Maps though, took us a while to find it. Just a heads up if you plan to go.

Stopped by for breakfast and honestly left impressed. Three of us plus a kid, €36 total. Fresh bread, decent coffee, and the little one got a surprise with their meal. Staff switched to English without any fuss. Only thing—it got busy fast, so grab a table early. Would've liked a proper wine list at dinner, but for breakfast, the coffee did the job.

The view by the water is really lovely, and sitting outside was nice. I had the burrata which was fresh and creamy. Tea selection is impressive too. Menu's a bit small, but what we tried was good.
