Came here with a couple of friends on a random weekday evening. Service was really smooth — we never had to chase anyone for refills or the bill. Place was clean and not too loud, so we could actually chat properly. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the vibe made it a nice spot for a relaxed catch-up. Would come back if we're in the area again. 🙂

The menu changes daily—we tried a few things and everything felt fresh and well thought out. Staff were friendly and spoke good English, which helped a lot.

Been coming here for a while now. The espresso is still good and the price is fair. Just remember they don't take credit cards, only cash or EC. That caught me off guard the first time. Interior is cozy enough to sit for a bit. Buffet was a bit empty when I was there, but I mainly come for the coffee anyway.

The Margherita here is solid. Staff were friendly and quick, even on a busy evening. Good spot if you're nearby and want a reliable meal.

Stopped by for breakfast twice during my stay. Coffee was solid, no complaints there. Pastry selection is fine but honestly the croissant I had was a bit dry, not the flaky buttery thing I hoped for. For the price though, it's okay. I've paid way more for worse in other places. Wouldn't go out of my way, but if you're nearby it does the job.

Croissant sandwiches were solid and the staff let us hang around without rushing us. Good spot if you wanna grab a bite with friends. Just wish it was a bit less busy when we went.

Pizza was loaded with toppings and tasted fresh. Crust got a bit soft though. Prices felt okay for being at the airport.

Stopped by for a late breakfast. Turkey sandwich was solid, eggs with Comté hit the spot. Coffee did the job too. Homemade éclairs looked great, grabbed one to go. Place has a chill vibe, nothing fancy but comfortable. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Decent spot for a lazy breakfast. Had the pancakes and a salad - both pretty good. Staff was friendly, place had a nice buzz to it. All-day breakfast is a plus if you're not an early riser. Slightly pricey for what it is, but the quality holds up. Fine for a casual meal.

Stopped by for the first time last weekend—great spot for plane spotting, honestly. The terrace gives you a clear view of the runway, and the vibe is pretty relaxed. Didn’t try much food, just coffee, but it did the job. A bit busy in the afternoon, but that’s expected. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

Stopped by for coffee and cake — the outdoor seating caught the sun nicely. Coffee was solid, not too bitter. Plenty of room inside too, which I appreciated since I hate cramped cafés. Just wish they had more cake options by the afternoon, most were already gone. Fine for a short break though.

Came for dinner, place looks nice inside. Got the pasta and a cocktail. Food was alright, nothing crazy. Drink was a bit weak honestly. Fine if you're nearby but I wouldn't go out of my way. Service was quick though.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and ended up grabbing an almond croissant too. That thing was properly good — flaky, not too sweet. Place has that real French bakery feel, nothing fancy but that's what I liked. Staff let me take my time deciding. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

Food was decent, but nobody explained the self-service thing when we walked in. Took me a minute to figure out. Place is big and gets pretty loud. At least the food came fast.

Solid brunch spot. Eggs Benedict were actually decent, not too runny. Coffee came fast, food took a bit but whatever. Place was busy for a Sunday, still got a table without waiting long. One of the better casual spots I've hit in Hamburg lately. Nothing fancy, just does the job.

The grilled fish was fresh, no complaints there. I asked the waiter for a wine suggestion and he actually knew his stuff—picked a dry Riesling that cut through the richness perfectly. Sitting in that open atrium with all the plants felt a bit like being in a greenhouse, but in a good way. Would come back just for that pairing.

The Cast Iron burger was solid—smoky, juicy, and worth the €16. Portion size felt right for the price. Amaretto Sour was good too, though I'd skip it if you're watching your wallet.

They open early, which is handy. The baked goods were decent, nothing fancy but fine for a quick bite.

Stopped by after the Sunday market. Got the fish sandwich — solid, fresh, no fuss. Price was fair too. Service was friendly and quick, which is all I really need for a lunch break. Place was a bit busy but moved fast. Would grab another one if I'm in the area.

Came here three times on our trip — friend told us about it. Cozy spot, staff was nice. Tried the Franzbrötchen, the award-winning one. Pretty good, flaky and sweet. Breakfast menu is huge, covers classic stuff and modern stuff. Place was a bit busy but fine.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Got the pastry and coffee, both solid. Place was busy but I got my order fast. Good spot if you're in a hurry.

Cozy little place, feels properly Portuguese. Had the grilled sardines—fresh, simple, well done. Staff made me feel welcome without hovering. Will be back.

The apple streusel cake was alright, but came out cold even though the plate was hot. Orange juice tasted like it sat around a while. Service turned a bit stiff when I switched to English. Quiet spot for watching people, though.
