Stopped by for a quick drink and ended up staying way longer than planned. The pool table kept us busy and the crowd was a nice mix, not too touristy. Only thing is the drinks are a bit pricey for what you get, but the atmosphere kinda makes up for it. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

The beef pho was solid—broth had good depth, noodles cooked right. Spring rolls were decent too, crispy without being greasy. Place was quiet and warm, which worked well on a cold evening. Staff were polite, didn't hover. Fair price for the portion size. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

Stopped by for a quick dinner and the pizza crust really stood out to me. Light, chewy, just the right amount of char. I’m picky about that part usually. Interior felt warm and easy to sit in for a while. Staff left us alone but checked in when needed. Solid choice if you’re in the area.

Stopped by for dinner and honestly the ribs were the highlight—fall apart tender, sauce had a nice kick. Mac and cheese was solid too, creamy without being heavy. Cocktails did the job, nothing crazy but well made. Place was pretty chill, not too loud, easy to hang out in. Service was fine, friendly enough. Maybe a bit pricey for what it is, but I’d come back if I’m in the area.

Stopped by for a quick drink, ended up staying for the roast duck. Big portion, really tasty. Lemonade hit the spot too. Service was fast, no waiting around. They even brought me a blanket when I moved inside. Solid spot if you want a decent bite without the fuss.

The ginger and beetroot soup was the best thing I had. Creative menu, decent price for what you get. Halloween vibe was there but honestly I just came for the food.

Still one of the best burgers around. Patty was juicy and fresh, bun held up nicely. Fries came out a bit cold though, and the cheese on top wasn't melted enough.

Cool place if you're into movies. Got the Jackie Burger, pretty solid. Milkshake was a good call after. Atmosphere is the main thing here, really unique. Not somewhere I'd go every week but fun for a change.

The duck breast was cooked properly, pink in the middle, crispy skin. They got the allergy thing right too, told me exactly what was safe without me having to ask twice. Portion could be bigger for the price though. Solid spot if you want proper food without the fuss.

The goulash here was spot on, really rich and hearty. Prices felt fair for what you get. Tucked away spot, easy to miss from the street.

A must-visit spot in Budapest! The decor is quirky and changes from room to room, providing a truly original experience.

No. 1 of Bars in Budapest

Nice spot by the river, tried the goulash soup and it was proper hearty. Service was a bit slow but the view made up for it. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The gypsy-style pork was the highlight — tender, smoky, that paprika kick just right. Pickled veggies on the side cut through the richness nicely. Place sits in a convenient spot, easy to find. Only thing, it got a bit busy around noon, but the food came out quick enough. Solid choice if you want real Hungarian cooking.

The food was really tasty, and the staff made sure we were comfortable the whole time. Nice spot if you want a relaxed meal without any fuss.

The lighting in here is doing something right—warm without being dim, makes the whole place feel softer. Got the goulash and it hit the spot, rich and hearty. Service was attentive but not hovering. Honestly expected less from the mixed reviews, but this was a solid find. Maybe a tad slow on the bill, but no real complaints.

The staff actually took time to walk me through the menu and made a dish vegan without any fuss. Really appreciated that. 🌱

We ended up here after our first pick was fully booked, lucky us. The duck was spot on, crispy skin, tender meat. Cocktails were solid too. Server checked on us just enough, not hovering. Place was busy but we never felt rushed. Would go back for that duck alone.

Nice spot, drinks were solid. Outdoor seating has a good view, especially when the sun starts going down. Just wish the chairs were a bit more comfortable.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed one of their bagels with blue cheese and pear. Crunchy outside, soft inside, exactly how I like it. Place is small so we squeezed in by the window, but it worked. Staff was nice and didn’t rush us. Good spot if you’re in the area and hungry 😊

Nice spot inside, easy to get to. My hot sandwich came out lukewarm though, coffee was scalding. Service fine, but honestly you're here for the vibe, not the food.

Stopped by for some bonbons — the flavor combos are pretty creative, not your usual stuff. Picked a few random ones and they were all solid. Staff was chill too, let me take my time deciding. Place is small but that’s fine. Good if you’re into chocolate and want something a bit different.

Stopped by for a quick bite. Hummus and falafel did the job, portion was fair for what you pay. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Place could use a bit more care though – plants looked dry, table wasn't exactly clean. Still, if you need something fast and not heavy, it works.

Came in pretty late, almost closing time, and they still let us sit down. Chicken was solid, waiter was chill about it. Fine for a quick last-minute bite.

The pad thai was solid and they handled my gluten allergy without any fuss. Flora was really nice too. Decent spot if you're in the area.

Been coming here for years and the vegan burgers never disappoint. The Hot Cheezy still hits that spicy spot, bun holds up well. Prices crept up a bit but honestly still fair for what you get. Place gets pretty cramped inside though, not the comfiest seating if you wanna linger.

The cheeseburger was properly seasoned and the sweet potato fries were a decent side. Portions are generous, no complaints there. Service felt friendly enough, nothing over the top. The seating area is a bit cramped though, especially when it gets busy. Fine for a quick bite, just don't expect to linger too long over your meal.

The daily lunch menu is a solid deal—two courses for 3900 HUF. Food was good and portions felt right. Cozy spot, easy to just sit and relax.

The service was friendly and swift, and the latte I had was the best I've had in years. My husband enjoyed it too, stealing several sips!
