Massaman curry was rich and creamy, pad thai hit the spot too. Mango sticky rice? Solid finish. Staff kept checking in without hovering. Place was busy but not chaotic. Wouldn't mind coming back for that curry alone.

The roast duck breast was tasty but the portion felt a bit small. Those cheesecakes looked incredible though.

The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who made sure our needs were met throughout the meal. The warm and welcoming atmosphere added to the overall experience.

A hidden gem in Budapest! The location is peaceful and the food is exquisite. The drinks, especially the homemade iced tea, are a must-try!

The peanut butter waffles were warm, fluffy, just the right amount of sweet. Fruit on top tasted fresh. Got my order fast, which I always appreciate. Tea selection is decent as well. Place was a bit busy but I was in and out quickly. Solid spot for a quick bite if you're nearby.

Tried their tosti for the first time last week. Honestly, it's the best I've had in town. Hot chocolate was solid too, not too sweet. Service was quick and friendly, no complaints. Good spot if you need a decent breakfast before work.

The lemonade here is genuinely the best I've had—refreshing and not overly sweet, though my friend found it a bit sugary. Bagels are tasty but can get messy since they're overstuffed with fillings. Worth it for the flavors.

The arancini were really good and I didn’t have to stress about my allergies for once. Almost everything on the menu is safe for gluten and lactose, which is such a relief. The seating area felt a bit cramped though, like you’re almost elbow-to-elbow with the next table. Still, worth it for the food.

Service was solid - Adam and Judith really looked after me. Quick and friendly, no fuss. Good spot for a fast lunch break.

Cocktails were solid and reasonably priced for the area. Bartender knew what he was doing, didn't have to wait long between rounds. Place was busy but service stayed sharp. Good spot if you're nearby and want a proper drink without the tourist markup.

Came here with a few people from work. The steak was the highlight for sure, cooked just right. Cocktails were solid too, not too sweet. Place has a good buzz, not deafening loud. Service was quick even though it was packed. Only thing is it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for I guess.

The prawn pelmeni were spot on, and they didn’t skimp on the salmon roe for the blini. Syrniki was solid too. Server was friendly enough. I’d come back.

The scrambled eggs were done just right, and the welcome felt genuinely warm. Prices are fair for what you get. Solid little breakfast stop.

The caipirinha here is seriously good—one of the best I've had in the city. Bartender knew his stuff and pointed me to a local cachaça I hadn't tried before. Place is small but has that cozy, dimly lit vibe. Staff were friendly without hovering. Just wish they had a few more seats at the bar, but that's a minor thing.

Good mocha and fair price for this spot. Staff didn't rush me even when it got busier. Nice little break from the street noise.

Stopped by for a drink last week. Whiskey selection is seriously impressive, same for rum and gin. Bartender knew exactly what to suggest when I said what I usually drink. Place has that proper local bar feel, nothing fancy. Prices are fair for what you get. Only downside is it gets a bit crowded later on, but that's probably a good sign.

Been coming here for years and the quality never drops. Got the chocolate cake again—still as good as the first time. Prices are fair for what you get. Solid spot for sweets.

The pistachio gelato here is genuinely good, and the sugar-free option doesn't taste like a compromise. Paying by weight felt a bit pricey for what I got, but the quality made up for it.

The caramel coffee came in this little grandma cup, felt like sitting in someone's kitchen. Quiet enough to actually read. Staff left me alone mostly, which I appreciated. Tea was nice too. Place has that worn-in feel, not trying too hard. Just a good spot to disappear for an hour. Wish the chairs were a bit comfier though.

The lamb corma was decent, better than most places around here. Staff were friendly enough. Not sure why some reviews are so harsh.

Tiny place in the castle district, easy to miss. Got a strudel and it was decent, not fancy but tasty. Price was fair for the size. Would grab another if I'm back that way.

Been coming here for a while now, and the cheesecake never disappoints. Still creamy, still rich, exactly how I remember it. Had the ham and scrambled egg croissant this time too—warm, soft, worked well with a cappuccino. Solid breakfast spot if you're in the area. Just wish they'd open a bit earlier on weekends.

The grilled trout was the star — crispy skin, flaky inside. Quiet enough to actually talk, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair for what you get.

The pork paprikash was solid, rich and heavy on the paprika. Price was fair for the portion. Credit cards work here too.

Stopped by for a coffee and ended up staying way longer than planned. The lemonade was honestly the highlight — super fresh, not too sweet. WiFi held up fine while I was answering emails. Place has that laid-back vibe where you don't feel rushed. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

Tasty burgers and quick service, even on a Sunday night when most places are shut. Wish they didn't charge extra for ketchup though. A cold beer would've gone perfectly with the meal.

Been here a few times now, and the venison keeps me coming back. Wine pairing suggestions were on point again. Solid spot for a small city.

The sirloin was really good, but everything else was just okay. We sat on the terrace which was nice, though the food was a bit salty for my taste. Fine for a casual catch-up with friends. 😅
