The red pepper chicken soup was the standout. Langos with sausage on the side worked well too. Portions are generous, easily enough for two. Service was fine, nothing to complain about. Place was busy but we got a table right away. Reasonable for what you get. Would stop by again if in the area.

The view by the Danube is the whole reason to come here. Fish soup was solid, the Hungarian classics done right. Service friendly but a bit slow, we waited a while between courses. Portions are decent for the price, not huge but fair. I'd sit outside again just for the river view, even if the food wasn't the highlight.

Came for the tapas and the grilled octopus really stood out. Eggplant fries were good too. Staff let us bring our dog in, which I appreciated. Seats were comfortable enough to stay a while. Only thing is it got a bit noisy later, but that's on us for staying so long.

Stopped by for a late breakfast. The garden patio is the real draw here, quiet and green. Had the smoothie bowl, it was fresh and pretty filling. Menu's got a good mix, even some vegan stuff. Interior's a bit much for my taste, all fairy-tale like, but it works. Service was fine, nothing to complain about.

We stopped by after shopping near Korvin plaza. Pizza had a proper crust, toppings tasted fresh. Pasta was well seasoned too. Prices run a bit higher, but you can tell they use good stuff. Service was friendly, didn't feel rushed. Nice place if you want a decent meal without any hassle.

The beef ramen really hit the spot — broth was rich, noodles had that perfect chew. Place gets pretty busy though, so you might wait a bit for a seat. Still, that first sip of soup made it worth it. I’d go back just for that bowl. 🍜

Been coming here for a while now. That sourdough bread is still the reason I keep showing up. Cozy spot, friendly enough service.

Stopped by for a morning coffee and grabbed a cappuccino. Warm, drinkable, nothing fancy but it hit the spot. Staff were friendly enough. Sat outside, which was nice. Would’ve liked a bit more of a wine list for later, but for coffee it’s fine.

The avocado toast was a solid pick—eggs cooked just right and the portion was generous. Prices felt fair for what you get.

The nitro flat white was a fun twist—creamy and smooth without any added sugar. The batch brew from Peru was also perfectly brewed.

Been coming here for a while now. The pistachio gelato is still my go-to, always creamy and not too sweet. Coffee flavor's solid too. Place sits right on the busy street, so it's easy to grab a cone after eating nearby. Quality's stayed consistent, which is honestly why I keep coming back.

Bors Gastro Bar is a tiny, lively street-food place with a quirky interior and the menu written all over the walls. There were quite a few people when we visited, and it was surprisingly difficult to work out what to order. They actually refer customers to their Wolt menu to see the full selection, which would be useful to check beforehand. The place has only a few stools, including three facing the wall, so it isn’t particularly comfortable for a family or group. The music was also quite loud, making it difficult to hear when ordering. Preparation took about 15 minutes.I had the vegan baguette. It was OK, but I’ve had considerably better. There is only one vegan option, so I wouldn’t consider this especially vegan-friendly despite having a vegan choice. I would try the vegetarian mushroom pasta next time, as it may be more to my taste.Prices were reasonable, and the person taking orders was friendly and smiling.I’d recommend Bors more for younger people, a quick bite, or a solo eater than for families or anyone looking for a comfortable meal.

The retro interior is a nice touch—lights and furniture give it character. Pizza was solid, prices normal for the center. Weekday lunch is easier to get a table. Terrace is a plus in summer.

The South American ribeye came out exactly medium-rare and that peanut sauce with onion marmalade was a nice surprise. English menu made ordering easy too.

Feels like stepping into someone’s old flat, not a club. Loved the vintage setup and the small concert hall upstairs. Crowd was friendly too.

Came here with a friend and we just kept ordering small plates to share. Wine list is solid, nothing fancy but does the job. Service was chill, not hovering over us. Would pop back in if I'm in the area again.

Been coming here for a while now, and the Hari Kebab still gets me every time. Meat's always well-seasoned, portion's proper generous. The homemade pita with their special sauce on the side—that's the reason I keep going back. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Solid spot if you're in the area.

Been coming here for a while now. Prices are fair for what you get, though I wouldn't mind a bit more on the plate. Still keeps me coming back.

Nice spot for a quick slice and a glass of wine. The terrace is a solid bonus when the weather holds up. Prices felt fair for what you get.

The Beijing roast duck here is seriously good, maybe even better than what I had in China. Took my friends for a casual dinner and we were all impressed. Service was quick too. 🦆

Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed the chicken korma with garlic naan. Sauce was rich, meat was tender. Mango lassi tasted fresh, not from a mix. Price felt fair for what you get. Place was a bit quiet when I went, but food came out fast. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something quick.

Nice spot right on the Danube, perfect for a relaxed evening. The wine list had a solid Hungarian selection that paired well with the food. Service was friendly, though a bit slow at times.

Stopped in for lunch, got the tripe and trotter stew. Really tender, rich flavor. Menu's mostly Hungarian, but the waiter helped me figure it out. Friendly service, no complaints. Solid spot if you want something hearty.

Great rock-themed interior, clearly put together with some thought. Staff stayed efficient even when it was packed. Solid spot to grab a drink and talk music with strangers.

I had a delightful dinner at Levante, where the Hungarian dishes were both delicious and affordable. The goulash and dessert were highlights, and the service was professional and prompt.

We stopped by for lunch and honestly the grilled trout was the highlight—super fresh, flaky, came with a nice squeeze of lemon. Dessert was decent too, though the strudel could've been warmer. Place was pretty quiet around 1pm, which I liked. Wouldn't mind going back just for that fish again. 🐟

Stopped by for a quick drink and ended up staying way longer than planned. The pool table kept us busy and the crowd was a nice mix, not too touristy. Only thing is the drinks are a bit pricey for what you get, but the atmosphere kinda makes up for it. Would go back if I'm in the area again.
