Tried the Charsi Karahi on the waiter's suggestion. It was a new one for me, and it was really good. The lamb chops starter was great as well. Cocktails were decent. A solid spot.

Been here a few times. Staff are friendly, even when it's busy. Food is cooked fresh, so you might wait a bit. Worth it though.

The seafood linguine was lovely, and I really appreciated the comfortable seating. It's nice to be able to relax and not feel rushed. The service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. A very pleasant spot for a quiet meal.

The team here are always so lovely and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. They remembered my friend from last time and gave great advice on the wine list. It did get a bit slow when it got busy, but they were still smiling.

Been coming back for three years now. The duck spring rolls are a must, and they pair nicely with a crisp lager. Curries are full of flavour. The bill with drinks is always fair. A solid spot for a casual dinner.

Cosy little pub right on the harbour. The fire was lit and it felt so warm and welcoming. Had the steak and ale pie, proper home-cooked stuff, and it was huge! Really hit the spot on a chilly day.

Found this proper old-school chippy tucked away in a quiet street. The cod was the highlight for me – really crisp golden batter and the fish inside was perfectly flaky and white. Just what you want from a classic fish and chips.

Cooked breakfast was solid. Plenty of food, good for a quick bite to start the day. Options are decent.

Lovely spot to bring the pup, they had water and a little treat for her. I tried the vegetarian all-day breakfast. The eggs were just right, and the avocado was perfectly ripe. Really appreciate when you can tell the ingredients are fresh.

Booked for 18 of us last minute (half were kids!). The staff were so helpful sorting it out. The carvery was spot on, really good quality. Made a big group dinner actually feel relaxed for once.

The food is reliably good and hot. The staff are welcoming, and the wine list has some nice options to pair with the mains.

The team here are so lovely! They never make you feel rushed, even when it's getting late. Had a really nice chat with our server about the neighbourhood. Just a really nice, relaxed vibe for catching up with friends.

The full English was spot on, and the eggs Royale looked just as good. Will definitely be back to try more from their menu!

The desserts were the highlight for me. The sticky toffee pudding was perfectly warm and not too sweet. The pub itself has a nice, relaxed vibe - the lighting is soft and the wooden booths are comfy. A good spot to unwind.

Been coming here for years, and the curries are always spot on. Not too oily, just the right depth of flavour. You can really taste the fresh ingredients. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

Perfect for a quick bite. Fish and chips were spot on - crispy batter, thick chips. Got my order in under 5 minutes. Just what you need on a busy lunch break.

The pork pie was so good, really savoury. The roasted beef sandwich on brown bread with horseradish was just right. Staff were lovely even when it got really busy.

Stopped in for an Earl Grey while wandering around Malton. They actually use loose tea leaves here, not a bag. Proper cuppa. Nice spot if you’ve got a dog with you.

A nice little Italian place in Malton. The vibe is pretty good, quite family-friendly. We had the linguine and the ravioli - both were decent, good portions and flavour. A solid choice for a casual meal.

The chicken curry was spot on, and that giant Yorkshire pudding with steak was a proper treat. Portions are huge, so come hungry!

Been here a few times now. The staff are always friendly, which is nice. But honestly, for the portion sizes you get, the prices feel a bit steep. It's a nice spot, but I'm paying more for the vibe than the food.

Came for an early lunch with mates, sat outside even though it drizzled a bit. Staff were dead polite and on it. Menu had a decent spread - everything we ordered tasted spot on. Solid spot.

Popped in for lunch and got the Whitby scampi. It was so fresh, the batter was light and crispy, and the chips were spot on. Really hit the spot on a drizzly day. The place itself is lovely and clean, but it was the scampi that made it for me.

Always a reliable choice. The staff are so friendly and attentive, even on a busy Saturday evening. They really make you feel looked after without being rushed. The booth seating is quite comfortable too.

Been coming here for years. The dark chocolate gelato is the real deal, super rich and intense. Passion fruit one tastes just like the fruit. A solid spot for a proper treat.
