Big Buddha Temple Review

The Buddha of Heaven consists of 200 bronze castings, 26 meters high and weighing 220 metric tons, making it the largest outdoor bronze sitting Buddha in the world. The Buddha faces refer to the Lushena Buddha in Longmen Grottoes, and the texture and headpieces of clothes refer to the Buddha statue of Sakyamuni Buddha in the 36th Grottoe of Dunhuang Grottoes.
