A lovely temple on the hills of Cebu. Quite a long walk from Sudlon - saw a sign saying that free shuttle buses are available at the upper entrance of the Taoist Temple but could not find any further information elsewhere ...

It is a Taoist Chinese temple in Cebu, located on a hill. giving you a view of Cebu The highlight of the temple is the wall with a big dragon. The temple is shady. There are monks to worship. Can take pictures outside Dress up and take pictures in the chapel. But can go to burn incense to worship not far away From downtown Cebu City about 20 minutes

i went with my grandparents and it was an ok experience.. view was nice, air was good, temple was nice

The temple is the perfect place for meditation and relaxation. It has a spacious balcony that provides a sweeping view of the city. If the sky is clear, you will get a chance to see Mactan and Bohol’s islands from a distance. Inside the temple complex, you can also find a chapel, souvenir shop, library, fountain, garden, and a wishing well.

This Taoist temple is a pretty new temple that has been built up the Chinese community of Cebu in the 1970s. Therefore you cannot expect any traditional or historic kind of temple but rather a new plastic like looking mockup of a Taoist temple.The location is pretty hard to reach and taxi drivers might try to ripp-you off to go there. Once you are there it can be a bit hard to leave since there is not much transport available other than very overpriced taxis.2 stars the nice photo spot.
