静安寺，坐落在上海市中心南京西路华山路口，相传建于三国孙吴赤乌年间，初名沪渎重玄寺。宋大中祥符元年更名静安寺，距今也已超过千年。南宋嘉定九年，静安寺从吴淞江畔迁至现址，早于上海建城。现在周边热闹繁华的商业环境都是从千百年前的庙会开始的，如今的静安寺处在繁华喧嚣的闹市中，特别佩服修行的大师、僧侣。

号称全球最贵的寺院，静安寺历史相传最早可追溯至三国孙吴赤乌十年（247年），初名沪渎重玄寺。到北宋更名为静安寺，南宋年间搬迁至现址。 进寺需买香火券50元一人，寺院的山门与天王殿一体，上下两层结构。大雄宝殿位于寺院正中，为全柚木重檐式铜顶建筑，采用屋顶脊吻、挑檐和斗拱装饰，在此基础上结合佛教特点，用大象、法轮、莲花等具有鲜明佛教色彩的图案皆贴金装饰。大殿与山门、钟鼓楼、观音殿、牟尼殿及法堂等连为一体规模宏大。静安宝塔位于寺院西北角，为七层方形阁楼式建筑。 寺院的香火非常旺盛，平日都有很多的信众前来朝拜，整个寺院给人的感觉就是非常的金碧辉煌。
