Liaoyang Painted Tombs Review

The Liaoyang Hanwei Mural Museum is on the east side of the Liaoyang Museum. It is free to visit. The scale of the museum is not large. The murals are placed around and there is a tomb model in the middle. There are few people to visit, the light is very dark, probably to protect these murals.

The sub-museum affiliated to the Liaoyang Museum is right next to the museum. There are two huge stone beasts imitating the Han Dynasty in front of the door. The exhibition hall is not big, but the cultural relics are really good. A large number of authentic and replica murals from the Warring States to the Han Dynasty are displayed here, and there is a scene restoration of the tomb room. Very worth recommending!
